From yesterday we r unable to make payment digitally. @BankSarva server refuses to make payment . Ten times from yesterday I have tried by @GooglePlay @NPCI_BHIM @Paytm . It is only with me or with all customers #shgb . 😢😢 Can't make payment for essential work.

@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytmcare Finally I have got my refund for the ticket. My day was wasted, I could not attend the function to which I was travelling and then the harassment that your customer support gave me was even more terrible. Atleast please don't repeat this with anybody else.

@Paytmcare Its really a worst experience I Got from the Paytm even after crossing the deadline the payment has not been returned to my account my payment has not been settled down in my account and I'll wait for 2 more days and then I'll file complaint in the consumer court

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have paid your postpaid billed amount on last date, but PPBL's server take more than 12 hours to update the payment, and now everyday getting calls to pay rs 50 as late fees. Now i am totally disappointed with Paytm services, going to uninstall it.
