It is beyond comprehension why @airtelindia can't act on the operator reference number only and need message from registered mail id or a call to 121 from the mobile which has no o/g access, for simply effecting a recharge for which money has been paid. @Airtel_Presence @Paytm

paytm came down to support the employee who was abusing the customer fiercely on his arbitrariness. After complaining about Dhruv Sharma, the sweep machine was not installed at my friend's place. Have to resort to social media again and again. @Paytmcare
