Digital India is a nuisance. The app industry refuse to give any physical help and their apps are almost navigable. Huge difficulty in cancelling Fasttag with @Paytm. Their call center dont pick up call, their app wont work for this.

Always showing the wrong car at a selected toll booth results in more money being deducted. This is their mistake & customer care is always asking me for photos of the car. When will this idiot stop? Has a new avenue for corruption been discovered? #dhoki_toll_plaza @Paytm
