    @Paytm @vijayshekhar I am suffering from fraud transaction happened with me via Paytm Bank UPI and I have connected many times with Paytm cyber team to resolve the issue and revoke the fund immediately however seems like team is taking light and not responding to the query.

    @paytm @Paytmcare worse customer service, pathetic customer complaint handling. Your customer service is playing "looking into the issue" , thanks for patience from past 7 days. Indian public should know BOTS are of no help when it comes to customer care dept. You can check DM.

    After asking @paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp multiple times to produce time stamps of emails sent to me as proof, they assured me of the waiver. @RBI It seems these companies do not need to send any bills/statement to a customer to verify/dispute any claim. #paytm #scam #postpaid
