@Paytm has Worst customer service. My money got falsely stucked in the processing & am trying to solve that from past 2 days but none of so called 24x7 @Paytmcare service is responding on paytm or twitter. Both are Sleeping.Hope this tweet will get some response from them.

What the hell you are provide service there is no CSE for Paytm postpaid I paid my bill it’s still show in pending you plan make a people fool 24 Hour complete but still payment in under process because of you I will don’t pay any extra charge for it.@Paytm

@Paytmcare i need support from paytm. I have repaid paytm postpaid bill on November 8th 12:57 am but still the transaction was in processing and now im facing late payment charges since two days. I was trying to connect with paytm but there i couldn't find proper customer support
