@Paytm nice way of fooling the customer. 1st make the voucher available for sale/redemption of Paytm points and then on the merchant's website the said product won't be available for a month. Keep the voucher's expiry for the month end. Win win situation for Paytm

Used @Paytm channel for UPI transactions on @IRCTCofficial site. Tickets are refunded as per IRCTC. But its not into my wallet. Bad experience. Waiting for more than a month now. Happens often. 3 of my transactions are pending. #paytmforupi pay me my money!

@Paytm I am trying to block my paytm payments bank atm card from last 10 days from paytm app, it says card has been blocked but showing the same card from last 10 days. What a bad service my card is stolen if i get any issue i will complaint this to rbi ombudsman.

I gave complaint on 19/3/2022 against SRS Bus cancellation. Itz been more 40 days still no update and there is no proper response from Paytm customer care. I think Paytm is recovery Share market loss money from this type of works . Worst customer care @PaytmTravel @Paytm
