    @Paytm @Paytmcare used paytm as a paymnt gateway for transaction at uttrakhand transport corporation, money debited from bank however not received by merchant which was clearly reflected in their online portal , raised issue to paytm care - denied responsibility #paytmmatkaro

    @virsanghvi @Paytm India has only 4 telecoms..why cant they block such messages. Use AI to warn the user
