    @Paytmcare Where were you when i have lodged a complaint ticket on your platform? First of all you don't have customer support on telephone, Only support present is raise a ticket which you guys will resolve within full delay. Stop fooling customers. Worst platform ever to use is @Paytm.

    @RBI i wanted to dispute some transaction for which i didn’t receive service but @Paytm postpaid is not letting me raise dispute on any transaction this is against @RBI guidelines. Please help here

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness What’s worse is when you try to discontinue a service, they keep pushing and forcing you to continue instead of respecting your request. This is not the kind of customer experience users deserve.

    From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.
