@Paytmcare I buyed a Phillips shaver on 29 july and got it on 1 August completely defective. I also complained in paytm on 2 july but they are not working on my issue. My 2275 rs amount has been taken out by paytmmall. I don't get any from paytm mall.

I have been trying to raise a serious concern with @Paytm about a fraudulent transaction. It all started with scanning a QR code that deducted money from my account. It's been 24 hours since the issue was raised. I kindly request @Paytmcare to revert it.

@Paytmcare I have made a payment through paytm wallet & my account was debited but my ticket was not booked. Already irctc is showing as balance refunded, but neither in my wallet nor my bank account got credited. Kindly reslove my issue
