    @Paytmcare @Paytm I applied for personal loan via Paytm app & the loan was disbursed successfully but I have not yet received any single document regarding the loan on my email. No welcome letter, sanction letter, agreement... nothing. And no help from your support team.

    @Paytmcare @Razorpay @Paytm I want to talk to the Paytm merchant care. Please arrange a call back. The refund matter is very serious now. They told that refunded amount by Paytm sent to razorpay. Not to ring. So get your amount back in the merchant account that is paid by the customer.

    @Paytm Even after providing all kYC docs paytm support team saying its not possible to do the transfer of fast tag. Still they are not taking concerns seriously. Question is To whom now to eacalate the issue as paytm team is sleeping.Requesting all customer to think twice
