surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Hi I have sent 20000 from Paytm wallet to Bank at 6:53 pm on 1/12/21 But amnt was't transferred and transaction status showing Pending and called multiple times to Pytm customer care they said everytime wait for 3 working days and time is completed today @Paytm @vijayshekhar @RBI

@Paytm I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. Unfortunately I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.
