    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare For same issue on 24 jan 2020 ref id154807153, you replied my paytm account is not fully kyc compliant. Now when it is kyc compliant, you are saying you cannot transfer fasttag. Then demap the fasttag from previous mobile so that i can buy new.

    @Paytm @airtelindia What a worst customer service both companies have? Not solving the cashback issue... I will never recharge for other in Airtel super hero program.

    Have been trying to complete the Paytm KYC for so many days. Tried Video KYC. It didn’t go through. It seems to be a cumbersome and slow process @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare is such a worst experience. haven't received my refund yet. It's more than one year. So this is how u earn money. by cheating innocents. My hard-earned 1000rs is gone for nothing. be ashamed. worst service.

    @Paytm Recently some of the retailers told me " Please don't pay through paytm, very bad in settlement process" In fact they have removed QR code. Can someone from the team take it with a positive vibe and start working on this.
