surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm as per directed from your concern department i paid the amount which i used through postpaid service..and executive told me that the extra charge will be lieved... But now it's 3 month and they added Charges over Charges and messaging for legal action.. Kind of Service.?

@CRED_support made the payment for credit card yesterday but still its not reflecting. Normally its should be done in few minutes. Due to that not able use card as limit not updated. Order I'd 5PQG886N8WRZ @Paytmcare we have never had this issue.

Now i call the customer support for raising complaint they dissconnect the say that check on App but if you dont have smartphone what will do my father have nokia phone he is not comfortable with samrtphone. But @paytm loots that type of merchant
