surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@flyspicejet Already talked to #Paytm. I was told the fare is decided by airline. #Paytm not giving satisfactory replies. Instead solving prblm, @Paytm recommending to choose comfortable service next time. @flyspicejet can inform me about my FareType is "Special" & my parents is "SpiceSaver"

Hello @Paytmcare my account has been suspended for some transaction issue and they have said about some amount on a specific date. I have checked transactions summary that whole month and I couldn’t see any transaction of that amount and that transaction id . It’s been months
