surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

After facing loss in business paytm have started to loot its loyal customers by the means of IPO and Paytm Postpaid, most of them didn’t even realise there is a convenience fee for this service. No doubts paytm is in loss and i wish it never comes up again @vijayshekhar @Paytm 🤮

@Paytm should open its stores in Kashmir since Jammu and Kashmir Bank is working out of service frequently. I bat Paytm will see a rapid growth of its customers in Jammu Kashmir.

I called Customer care about my payment post but he told me that Customer care didn't help you because se are from walet not from Paytm post paid @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney

@Paytmcare my paytm postpaid bill of 8992.79 was paid 3 times due to any technical error on March 03,2022.Thus the total amount of 26978.37 was paid against 8992.79. The excess amount of 17985.58 is not return to me till now after many complaints. I request you to refund it soon.
