surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

.@IRCTCofficial I had a failed transaction after money has been deducted through .@Paytm @UPI_NPCI when adding money IRCTC Wallet, and most of the customer care number is either dead or not available. Kindly refund the failed transaction.
