    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

    It's been 3 days since I emailed @PaytmCare (Case ID/Email Sent) regarding my hidden wallet, but no reply. Their customer care calls disconnect automatically saying 'number not registered' and AI chat is useless. Need urgent resolution. @Paytm @PaytmBank

    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.
