    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Airtel_Presence But at the same time I also raised ticket with Paytm also they said that the money was credited to the vendor so there is no error in transaction and the Paytm refference number is 035700334366 and Paytm ticket number for this issue is 179020782 @Paytmcare please respond.@Paytm .

    I'm not receiving any OTP messages from @Paytmcare. I am receiving all other messages. I don't think there is any issue with my @ViCustomerCare number. Please help @Paytmcare. Your toll free numbers and customer executives aren't helping,

    @Paytmcare i have not received the refund of rs 1970 for my order ID 12370023364 dated 16.12.2020. Also I didn't find any way to raise my problem on paytm app. Kindly do needful and refund me.

    @Paytmcare Worst Online shopping platforms.I order a Hot Airbag kit order no is 12445849218 in rs 349.But when i want to use it its not working from first time.according to his return policy i cant replacements or changes so what i do this product which is not actually working.

    Hey @Paytmcare i have been trying to login to my accnt . I know my password which i noted it down already with me . After some days when I tried to login it says enter OTP sent to my number . Thing is the number is not with me right now and has been temporarily disconnected.
