    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Few days back i have bought QR PEN STAND with scanning part which is not working properly it's saying qr scan is invalid and yesterday again I have bought QR Scan all in one (paytm google pay phone pe) not working. Same reason QR scan is invalid @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm, this is shocking thay such a big company doesnt have a proper customer service. There is not a single number to talk for inperson customer care. Such bad response.

    @vijayshekhar money deducted from @paytm wallet , merchant transaction failed on 7th October , Amount not added back to wallet again , all details provided to customer care many times. No solution yet. @Paytmcare #Paytm #Fraud #paytmipo

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had raised a ticket on 13 Oct 21 regarding a upi payment on 03 Oct 21. The amount got deducted from my Bank but the merchant didn't receive the same. Till now I have received no answer from your team inspite of multiple calls to your customer care. #paytm

    Dear @Paytmcare I have done a delhi metro smart card recharge of rupees 100 with Transaction id 129844979609 and reference number 94992983 and it shows successful transaction but this recharge amount is not reflecting in my smart card when I tapped it on the AVM machine plz help
