surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I applied to return the soundbox because I no longer require the soundbox service. Your telecaller informed me that I had complained about the soundbox being damaged. However, I clearly mentioned that I wish todeactivate Paytm Business account and return the soundbox.

Hi @PaytmCare, I've been consistently facing an issue where my UPI payments (even as low as ₹5) are getting declined with a message saying, "Payment failed as per UPI risk policy." This has been happening for quite some time now.
