surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

One of the worst customer service experience @Paytm. Got the display name changed to business name and for some reason it started to display personal name. 15 mins of call repeatedly asking 'toh kya aao apna display name change karna chahti hai? Hum aapki puri Tarah se sahayt

@Paytm @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare wrt ticket no 3268218022, this fraud just happened on my paytm postpaid account and Rs 50,000 deducted fraudulently. Kindly resolve and refund my money ASAP. Earlier lodged complaint of Rs 32,500 led to this one more bigger issue.

Karenge? So much for digital India?! There's no way where you can email the document for verification it gives errors like not clearly visible. If pdf has 2 pages it only reads one page. Can @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness assist in the matter? #paytm
