  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  @Paytmcare Sorry to say that when iam going to calling all ways not connecting postpaid department and at the same time when the team was calling not giveing proper replies like they are just compliteing thay tasks. They are not clearing costumers problems nd not only paytm post paid
