surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm One fraud person has taken Rs.10000/- from me on 7th June, 21 by getting transfer amount on 7056355059 Paytm no. I raised complaint to customer care of Paytm n found ticket no. 191757569. Went to cyber cell complaint no.1707/2021 Lucknow So far no action taken. Plz help

@Paytmcare Hi, I applied for Paytm First Card (Citi) on 27th May and completed Video KYC on same day. But I have not received any update till now. Also not able to contact Citi bank Customer care. Just not able to go beyond IVR options😕
