surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

After waiting for 8 mins, it got disconnected automatically. The person who has been assigned, I don't know how busy he is? He just makes me wait everytime by giving a time but never shows up, Just improve your service else please stop my process of credit card. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare has really deteriorated over years first they show your transaction as pending make you cancel it and then repay and they wont even refund because their app was having a glitch where apparently the transaction was already cleared they just kept showing it as pending

When I receive money on my number i get them in my bank account but instead i want them in my paytm wallet kindly help me out , and When i receive money on my QRCode i am not able to Settle them instantly because i m not getting any button for it @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBusiness
