@Paytm @Paytm really disappointed with the service provided for postpaid users. my account is constantly facing issue and i dont even have anyone to speak about this issue from customer care team. All we get is that pathetic text support which is very far from accurate. kindly assist.

@Paytm I have been experiencing the worst service from Paytm customer care. The support team has not been able to resolve my issue for more than a week... I think I should switch to other UPI service... shame on paytm team...

@Paytmcare I not using soundbox because not working, but anyone send me on my upi number but payment deducted by paytm. This is not correct way. And also no option to talk with your executive. Bad service.

@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm As per recent call with Ms shreya who is a senior at Paytm social. First she agreed refund is initiated then she calls and says no you are not eligible. She called me thrice. Please resolve the issue sir she is contradicting her own statement
