    @Paytmcare Query Ref No 184819265 & 184425656 The former of the 2 has been closed while latter still await an update from Support team even after 7 days Your cc executive ask for Paytm app's screenshots while the feature has been disabled. Kindly look into the issue!

    9. Been flwng up with @Paytm regularly but receive the same response- "We have recd req. query being worked upon, frwd to refund team". Today smthing new- on explaining problem to 2 different @Paytmcare executives put on hold to 20 & 30 minutes with no one returning back to call
