    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBusiness over a month now, paid for 18 months 1 time payment for soundbox pathetic customer care service witnessed still soundbox is in repair, If called on customer care 72 hours,48 hours etc "protocol answers" 😒2 times its was picked up for repair 😡😡

    @Paytmcare i have paid my bill to save my CIBIL. But you also imposed me extra charges which was not my fault. This option has disappeared from your application.And I also contacted your customer care call center, their answer was that we do not have any helpline regarding Paytm Postpaid.

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare @Paytm Do you really bother about your customer? I raised a complaint along back and still no one even acknowledge on that. And when i reach out to off the near by Paytm KYC dealer,he don't even where is headoffice for Paytm. Shame on your service
