    @Paytmcare In times of resurgence of Covid second wave a customer ran to nearby shops to do twenty three transactions on paytm. After that system of paytm app did not alloted power play card which would have completed the cricket league & provided a movie voucher or cashback of small amount

    I sent a support text and a screenshot of the mails. To @Paytmcare as well. But no response from you guys. Its been 4 days. They didnt bother to respond. If this is the behaviour of your services. I would be closing my bank account with @PaytmBank dissatisfaction score 100

    @Paytmcare I guess you have the worst Customer service in all online platform. I have raised concern since January for my train ticket refund. But couldn't able to get my refund. Even customer care not responding to my tickets. My next step is to spread awareness about Paytm fraud.

    @Paytm did a Zomato Payment transaction through Paytm wallet on 20th June. Got Rs. 22 cash back but it has still not credited to my wallet. Compliant submitted to support on 22nd June but still not resolved. Support needs improvement. Ticket ID 192829927

    @Paytmcare I had paid on Zomato site via Paytm. The offer was of minimum cashback of Rs 20 to max Rs 75. But now your customer care is saying that the cashback was only for selected users. This is very bad.
