@Paytmcare I had started the process of Paytm Postpaid but it did not meet my expectations so I abandoned it before UPI Autopay setup step. It has been more than 45 days but the application didn't reset and I still get notification to complete it. Kindly help remove it fully.

What worst service you are giving. Support don't answer ticket for a month. You think customer are fool. My refund ticket is open for last 30 with no reply (not talking about resolution that will probably take a year from your side.) Ticket number - 200010904962 @Paytm @Paytmcare

It’s been over 3 weeks since my Del–Tel Aviv–Del ticket was cancelled, and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple calls to customer care, zero resolution. Absolutely unacceptable experience. @Paytm — do you even value your customers? This delay is not justified. @DGCAIndia
