    It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.
