@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm I hate to say but paytm has worst customer care service. My paytm account has been blocked for 3 month but they are not activating it. I have proved all the possible documents. But they just don't care. I have funds in paytm account stuck for 3 months.

@Paytmcare Frauder done loan processing on my account gor that I have raised complaint via cyber cell on 12th Jan 2023 why that loan on paytm postpaid not cancelled yet. Today I received the loan statement on mu mail id. Please help I will not repay any loan.
