@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

I bought a Skechers gift coupon from worth Rs.5000 from @Paytm PayTM and now when I'm trying to apply this code it is reflecting a 'Wrong Coupon Code.' Your customer care has promised to.resolve this issue, but failed to do so even after numerous reminders.

@Paytm @onsitego Onsitego 9 months old problem not solved, Never trust or buy onsitego plans, they just fool all the time, done all the things what they said, but it made no result, at the time of replacment the onsitego is not refunding the payable. Service no. 210608001147

@Paytmcare What a pathetic customer care system. Customer Care agent informed that they do not have any customer care support for other than theft department we can call them only if our mobile has been stolen or card stolen etc. Due to this I'm unable to raise my concern
