My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare KYC centre named (1) Vimal Sales & (2) Mobile and Computer Store, located Chunabhatti 400022 Mumbai are asking Rs.100 for KYC, when I said it's free as per Paytm website, then they are saying go elsewhere and do it.

@Paytm Vey poor service @paytm i booked tickets order id 19449285110 for 13oct22 & cancelled on 12oct22 but not got cancelled on app & called customer service told will get refund amount as eligible for full refund but still not got more than 15 days this is not expected its cheating
