My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

@tummoc4u Please give option to transfer Tummoc Money to direct bank transfer or at least BHIM UPI payment, @Paytm customer care is very poor, I'm having very bad experiences since last few weeks, planning to close Paytm account soon. Provide regular normal tickets @tummoc4u🙏
