My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

@Paytm @Paytmcare My account has been updated from UG to the self account for years but your app still shows it as a UG account. I can't change it and I even tried to contact your customer support but they aren't answering. Pls address the same.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Never book Bus ticket from Paytm - literally they leave you in middle of ocean during travel time and even if bus is broken down they say "You didn't opt for Paytm assured so we can't do anything" - Dude literally I booked the service from your app - worst ever

@Flubb_r @Paytm Cred is good atleast it gives genuine one rupee credits. I suggest you to use it again, and on those coins, they are once in a while creating coin rush type things to burn them all out easily. (Can try our luck). Only problem is, it takes all our data, literally all.

I opened paytm payments Bank savings account on @Paytm . They opened within minutes but after few days as per rbi guidlines it was discontinued. That was not my problem but they automatically link my aadhar number with my account.

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare I raised a complaint for my 18th Oct bus booking where the AC wasn’t working, and we had to get down midway. It’s been over 2 weeks but still no refund or resolution.For the same issue, Goibibo provided a full refund instantly without any excuses. Please
