My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

I ordered a water bottle from @Flipkart and paid ₹923 in which ₹25 cashback offer was available with @Paytmcare UPI payment. I made payment by Paytm UPI but never got any cashback but when I cancelled order I got refund of ₹898 after deducting ₹25 cashback. Please help me.
