My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

My paytm soundbox is not working since 4-5 months for which I have paid for 1.5 yrs in advance. Multiple complaints have been raised from my side but no positive response from paytm. Now even the sales manager from my area have stopped picking up my calls. @Paytmcare @Paytm
