    My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare talking to your customer care is next to impossible. I am trying from one hour through your given helpline number but there is no option 'talk to our customer care executive'. This is kind of harassment I am facing to solve my Fastag issue.

    @Paytm @PaytmTravel @PaytmTravelCare Paytm you guys now started doing frauds in Paytm travel as well, I have booked an AC BUS, paid extra for that and then bus arrived it's non AC bus. you guys said you apologize for that, then what about customer money Who will compensate that.

    @Paytm i have booked 3 tickets from your app on 17 oct but bus is cancelled on that day and i have not received my refund yet i have made Many complaint to bus operator and Paytm customer support but still no solution please help me @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel

    @Paytmcare I booked a Bangalore–Hyd bus on Paytm for Oct 17, but the operator cancelled on the day of travel. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Tried raising it on the app but the bot won’t connect me to support. Also sent a Twitter DM, still no response.

    @ola_supports @Paytmcare if payment gets stuck no body wait there for payment approval or rejection! Kindly cancel the payment once it gets pending. Some fraudulent person and business takes 2 times payment for same service. Unacceptable!!!!
