  My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp I am unable to make the payment for the loan taken as there is no option available and unable to enable auto debit. Pathetic service and unnecessary you will charge the late payment chargers.

  @HDFCBank_Cares @Paytmcare my hdfc paytm credit card has been approved but I haven’t received any information about my user id nor card number. I tried logging in via paytm app also but i couldn’t. Please help.

  @Rajeevshukla23 @Paytm @Paytmcare Kyc agent will say,your account is already kyc completed. Paytm customer care will say ,you do kyc with aadhar by visiting our kyc agents. And this cycle rotates. Your issue will not get resolved as like mine

  @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare I raised a complaint 10days ago. Still my problem has not resolved. Someone has linked my Paytm number to their account. Now my account got blocked. I did not done any kyc and you are asking kyc documents.... Please delete my account 🙏

  Hi @Paytm , this is unfortunate I’m facing the pathetic service from your side, I have purchased a car insurance policy but after 15 days there is no reply from your end no document verification even I uploaded documents successfully before 2weeks no action nothing is happening
