  @Paytm @Paytmcare the HR never responded to my emails, did not answer my call or revert. She called me after 2 days and has been constantly lying mentioning panel member joined. Nobody was looped on the same email. And then she says it was a technical glitch. How unprofessional!

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Nor do they allow you to chat with executives. In the chat they provided not so useful resolution. They asked if that helped or not and irrespective of the response they close the chat. It is a small amount, but the sheer petty of this service is unbelievable. @vijayshekhar

  I have been a regular user of @Paytm . But today i realise it is just good for the usage, but when you face any issue or need to contact customer service, it's complete hopeless. I have been waiting for more than half an hour to get connected. Need to improve a lot.
