    @Paytmcare I'm saying that I don't know the merchant details moreover I don't know the merchant outlet too I can understand ur problem u won't give contact details it's ok fine Then atleast you call that merchant and tell him to return back my money atleast do that pls🙏

    @Paytmcare The worst service being provided. No refund till now for my booking id 10385996566 but its showing successful in my paytm app on 15 february 2021. i have shared many time all my bank statements asked by customer care frm feb to till date but there is no solution.

    @Paytmcare hi last night I was duped of 30k for making a sale on OLX. The fraudsters conned me and sent several QR codes promising me to pay 20k but instead I ended up sending 30k to 2 different types of accounts.I have shared details via unable to contact customer care. Pls help
