    @Paytmcare Did you check how your new app @PaytmCheckin is creating problem during SignUp or Login for new customers? It is not stable on 1 page. Start running on 2nd page and not taking OTP. I hope you will resolve such issues before launch the application. Otherwise be ready 😜

    @Paytmcare I can't access my old UPI linked to a closed/blocked number and delinked bank account. UPI still works for receiving payments which is a security risk. I need urgent help to deactivate this UPI ID. No access to old SIM anymore.

    @Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial @ConsumerHelpBBR I have taken local train ticket from the ATVM from kurla to nerul money got debited from my account and shows that received in merchant account but didn't got the ticket out of the machine. UPI Ref No-531436993029 Look into this issue.

    So @Paytm has made it almost impossible to reach them out for closure of their soundbox service, which their salesperson gave us saying there's no hidden changes, later found was being charged monthly. NOW THERE'S NO WAY TO STOP THE AUTOPAY, coz @Paytmcare is impossible to reach.
