@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar It's a big 😮 when I saw msg of points expiring and must be a case for many users. Why can't a simple reminder sent to users in advance! This would be customer service 🙄. It's frustrating to loose 😞 #communicationfailure #pointslooser

@Paytmcare your helpline which suggests 24hours and your chat helpline which suggest 4hour resolution, both are at fail . I booked a train ticket with and option of book only if 1 lower berth is available but after booking confirmation i have been given middle/upper berths. Help
