    Hi @Paytmcare, it has been over 24 hours since I shared all details and my account is still blocked with no update in DM. I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance even though all other UPI apps work fine. Kindly provide a timeline or escalate this urgently.

    @Paytmcare Before offer page only showed FLAT ₹50 cashback with Paytm UPI above ₹100 No mention of any 60day restriction After payment, support called it a voucher, then changed the reason to not eligible. Contradictory explanations hidden conditions are unfair to users. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Booked a bus through @Paytm but the operator cancelled the bus. I received only the ticket fare refund while ₹50 convenience fee was deducted despite no service being provided. Please clarify how this is fair. @Paytmcare
