@Paytmcare there is no option to contact customer care directly. I followed all the instructions to solve (my problem: my paytm sound box blinking yellow light and not saying "payment received"). I tried all the instructions from paytm customer care, but nothing happened )

@Paytm I have tried to talk the customer care of paytm and I wait for half an hour but I am not able to connect with the customer care and , it is the worst service in all over India, the customers should wait for half an hour and the computer recording so it is highly irritating,

Hey @vijayshekhar @Paytm your customer support services is really bad i had tried to get on and resolve my technical issues related to inability to book tickets through Paytm but I wasn't able to get any help and the 24/7 chatbox is also useless as the chat bit isn't optimized.
