    @Paytm Can't remove my bank account. App says "Disable UPI Lite first" even though it's already disabled. Support tickets are being closed without any resolution. Fix this issue. @paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm What a fraud app. There was a balance in my paytm wallet amount. Now the same is not shown on app and the customer care bot is just wasting time and not helping with paytm wallet.

    3 days ago an agent from Paytm came to me and gave me a sound box which stopped working the very next day and they also charged me money, now I am continuously calling but he is not picking my calls @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank
