    Dear @Paytmcare I want to order my paytm visa card to my working location but your app is just saying that it will be delivered to kyc address only. So should I close my account?Because how is it beneficial for me when I am in another state for job and you are not able to deliver

    @Paytm one of your merchants Paytm genie promised to refund my payment of 1459rs within 7 days of transaction. Till now did not receive the payment. And Paytm customer care is not even responding to my queries. Could you help me on it??

    @Paytmcare Delhi Metro Card recharge of 2 of my cards are not refunded. I wrote to DMRC, they say it's already initiated from their side and now it's with Paytm. I sent a mail to your support team with details and raised a complaint via app. But no response is received till now.
