@Paytm Please give us an option to change our UPI id. Our phone number is exposing to unknown marchants or to unknown clients. There is no problem with at the paytm. Just ensure no phone number exposure.

@Paytmcare Unable to add money to wallet. After 7minutes of holding on ,no response from 24×7 helpline. It seems Paytm is busy valuing itself with devaluation of customer service before IPO.

@Paytmcare i joined paytm sales executive job in 29/7/2021 which was most stressful job, toldy team leader this job isn't for me and didn't even work for one full day, i stopped working in 1/7/2021 itself WORKED ONLY ONE DAY THAT TOO AS TRAINEE !!!!!

Team @Paytm & @vijayshekhar you really need to work hard on customer support. Hot line is all recorded, no agent support. Unable to raise tickets, if able then agent not able to understand the issue. Really disappointing.
