    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @Paytmcare And to make matters worse, your helpline is a useless IVR loop with no human agents. I switched to Paytm UPI thinking it for Indian brand first — but you proved that it was a huge mistake by me. Fix this refund now! 😡 ​#ConsumerComplaint #PaytmScam #BadService

    @Paytmcare Very poor service by @Paytmcare and Chandra Raj Travels. I missed my bus despite booking online through Paytm. When I contacted the Chandra Raj Travels office, they said, “Online booking hai to main kyun help karu,” and refused to support. This behavior is unacceptable
