@Social_Samosa @Paytm The worst part is I had to make duplicate payments to vendors in slow pay, and they succeeded next day. Vendor swears they got paid only once. Someone is taking money on the way. No way to complain against this.

@Paytm I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. By mistake I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Recently I went to the nearest Paytm kyc point but there was an issue with the kyc agent. One he completed my friend's kyc, he asked for 30Rs, why is he charging 30Rs for doing the kyc? As per your website, it's free to get the kyc,kindly look into the matter.
