I request @jagograhakjago to look into the fraud done to me by @Paytm services. I scanned QR code of some restaurant in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand with correct name but money was sent to some unknown merchant with different name in success msg. It's a serious issue. @NPCI_BHIM
