@Paytm I made my account on my existing no. With minimum KYC later due to technical issues I had to close that account. I made a new account on same no. But wasn't able to do the KYC part as my docx were being shown as already in use.

@Paytmcare I want to update my pan card, but there is no such options in customer care services and also in customer care number. The the customer care services in application is a joke and it won't connect to a person and even the customer care number is a joke.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I am struggling for just a Mail-Id update for 4 days. Your Customer Care doesn't even know what to do! When I first lodged the complaint it showed me 4 hours. After this, I asked the customer care they told you have to wait for 48 hours.

I paid rent of rs 20,000 by credit card dated 31/12/21, transaction shows successful, but has not been transferred to the landlord's A/c nor refunded till now. The order number is 16859086974. So plz solve this issue asap @Paytm @Paytmcare
