Never pay a credit card bill from @Paytm. I paid a bill last day and till now not getting any confirmation from bank. Reached out to bank with their payment reference number , they clearly told me that they will not take any responsibility and they can't help with this number.

@Paytmcare i have applied for Paytm postpaid loan of amt 500 and within a given time I refunded back to pytm pstpd. But afterward that loan service activated automatically on my pytm no. And month after month pytm pstpd credited different amount in my postpaid account.

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare #unethical Share a TAT to resolve the issue as 72 hours have already been passed? You should keep your Care Executives informed about the list of Offers/plans going on with your partners. If the customer has to feed them everything then it's of no use.
