  @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

  @Paytmcare First you said refund processed, now saying “working on it”. Stop misleading customers. Refund still pending. No UTR provided. Consumer complaint already filed.

  I was web checking in.... Paid ₹1400 through UPI for seats booking. Failed at first but the amount got debited from my account and also UPI app showing transaction.... Had to pay again to complete the procedure.... Need help @airindia @Paytmcare @Paytm .... Thanks

  .@Paytm has gone down in quality ever since wallet got banned. It seems they lost interest in consumer app, even Times Prime Paytm flight booking codes broken starting with R49 series, not working. Paytm's interested in payment gateway & merchant QR businesses only. @VijayShekhar

  @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I need the statement of last 2 financial years of payments received in my paytm business account. I tried to search the statement on mail but never got any and download option available for latest month only. Pls help.
