@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

Pathetic customer care and UI unable to get resolution. I have raised the ticket multiple times to close postpaid and every time the ticket is getting closed without resolution now please delete my paytm account immediately or else i will file a case in the CF @Paytmcare @Paytm
