@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@paytm have shared all the details. Anyone assigned or attending the issue? Customer care ready to spend hours daily on calls however they will not act upon the issue, even after accepting they have all the information. Also escalation team n supervisors are more like post box’s.

@Paytm Your experiments with the home screen and app is beyond my understanding. I have to search the service everytime. There's a new layout every second week. Why fix something which isn't broken? I understand you want to enhance customer experience but we love the way it is!
