    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    @Paytm There is a vulnerabilty in paytm paytm bank .Today i recharged my mobile by using paytm bank .I enternd wrong cvv code but recharge is successful.I didn't get any warning (like your CVV incorrect) .so pls fix this issue soon. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare i have been facing issue wid paytm, i paid ptm postpaid bill on 9th @ 1pm but they settled payment in aprox.32 hours (despite rasing ticket twice) nd due to paytm tech glitch i am levied penalty of 845 by ptm Postpaid team but why should i bear it. Wnt reversal of it.

    @Paytm I transfered 50000 via paytm to one of my friends on 8/11/2022 but transaction didn‘t went through and isin processing since 2 days.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AS THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.APART FROM THIS THER IS NO WAY TO CONTACT OVER CALL

    @Paytmcare Are you/@abcapital going to put a stop to the harassing calls coming from numbers in Punjab or do i file a police complaint saying I have raised this issue with concerned companies, told them about my willingness to pay but still the calls continue?1/2

    @Paytmcare 2/2 just got a mail from @abcapital saying they have registered my complaint and it might take till 29th Nov to resolve it!!!! 1st time ever in history a customer wants to pay but the FIs are not sending payment link over mail!!!!! @RBIsays
