@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare I'm supposed to receive a refund in my paytm wallet from @Pepperfry for a returned order. As per #pepperfry the refund is processed, but I haven't got the amount credited even after 10 days. Pepperfry order id: 307314492. Please help me.

@Paytmcare the worst service I never seen Just now call came from Paytm +919348723118 but the person simply disconnecting my call without listening my words and he saying will revert you with out listening my query even . Very pathetic service. 9989593908 call me if possible
