@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare Hi Paytm Care , I have been waiting for last couple of week for the same . I don't understand what's the exact reason why it's inconvenient for you to process the refund when it is already initiated from #goair & more importantly your customer support doesn't even respond back.

@Paytm Great app fastest payments I don't know about other but according to me best payment app. It stucks very rare not as google pay . Even sometimes my payment got stuck but they refunded in a single query .I really loves their customer care.

@Paytm I am having horrible experience. There is a balance of Rs.5593 in my wallet but not able to use. While making transactions, there is a message displayed “zero balance”. Problem referred to Paytm Customer Care but the team failed to resolve the problem as of now. No Reliability.
