@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare @PratikcParikh It's been 30 days of chasing your support team via various mediums and all I get is no response. Claiming yourself to be the largest mobile payment app and not able to process a simple refund for such long is quite upsetting for a user (2/3)
