    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    @Paytmcare As already informed before, the same bot answers are not a reply to my query. I cannot attend the show and want to cancel the ticket. Your policy on cancellation protect is not clearly and it seems like it will be included when booking the tickets. It is an issue from your side.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I purchased the paytm card swap machine with deposit of 4500 rupee and want to rest bal on emi but your frod executive change the my plan in to lifetime emi. Do many complaint on co care but no response from there..Worst service.Worst work culture I ever seen

    @Paytmcare i have used the Paytm postpaid service and i m seriously fed-up and would recommend others not to use as there is no customer service for this and they keep on charging late fees even after paying the amount in advance shame on them no response from anybody pathetic

    @OfficialDMRC @Paytm Paytm customer care is not reachable on call and IVR does not understand the issue. Received the refund email from dmrc on 04.03.2022 but paytm has not issued the refund. @Paytm plz issue refund
