    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i paid my postpaid bill at 12:05 A.M 8th Jan and the amount didn't reflect instantly on the postpaid limit and at 4:35 A.M you charged me late fee. Kindly waive off the late fee as I was not able to pay bill due to my bank upi not working It was only 5 min late

    @Paytmcare in scan and pay option by default always paytm pospaid option is selected.why? You are forcing customer to use paytm pospaid. Your help and support in paytm app was very worst. Either closed my paytm Postpaid or remove that default option of paytm pospaid

    @TheOfficialSBI Yes the refund issue is not sorted , oyo is telling they refunded but I didnt get in my sbi account , UPI was payment mode , through paytm @Paytm @TheOfficialSBI pls check

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I paid 2047 for my Paytm postpaid at night but transition is not completed. At 4am morning I got message or complete payment.but my Paytm postpaid show 590 due amount please resolve this issue.
