@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

"I was in process of my @Paytm KYC online since last 4 days connecting with customer care. Today, I got sms with Paytm KYC link. Immediately, I got a call regarding KYC from an unknown number who said he's there to help for Paytm KYC and is Paytm employee.

He asked to login to @Paytm using his link. 1. The link logged me in to Paytm. 2. I got OTP of successful login 3. The link asked me to add ATM details 4. Bank sent OTP in favour of Paytm

@RanaPriyamvada @Paytm However, it is important that people know it is happening. People, especially less tech savvy people are very vulnerable to this. So yes, if you receive any sms saying that your service will be stopped if you don't do this and that, it's fake.
