@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@flyspicejet I have booked the ticket with your airline. Payment source can be anyone. So it's your responsibility to get the refund credited. I have checked with @Paytm many times. Don't know why the fare is not credited yet. Kindly take action and rectify this issue.

@Paytmcare I am using Paytm with my new number 7667977165, my old number (9576966085)is now non-functional. I'm not able to link old and new account after many a try , and since my kyc was already there for old number i am not able to do kyc for my new number, please help me out.
