@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare It's highly request to make coustomer service as easy as possible. I want to talk to Paytm coustomer service but unable to connect @TataCompanies told my friend that any invester can invest Money in TATA group as low as 150 rupees only but Paytm money say 500 ruppes

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I did my KYC way back 3 years ago, but My bank account is inoperative due to KYC issue. Neither it is do again KYC, neither reverting back. Do something. ₹42,000 in PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK since last 10-12 days. Neither customer care is responsive

@Paytmcare Hi I had paid municipal tax (Hubli Dharwad Municipal Corporation) of Rs 1129 - receipt no 14872884815 this year) AND Rs 875 - receipt no 12121710794 on last year I checked in tax office with transaction details shared tax was not paid for 2 years Need your support

@sahil7459 @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Same happen to me right now it's 6 day they dont resolve my issue. Even customer care support is worse than ever. And even giving information they direct block account and give the KYC issue.also they close their mail service.
