@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytm my wallet is frozen after 6 years of usage stating incomplete kyc, but its already completed. Only way to activate it is to visit nearest kyc center. I visited 3 centers and all 3 refused to perform verification saying we have lot of issues with paytm. Now I am stuck.

Dear @RBI how can you approve @Paytm as bank! They even don't have proper customer support number. They have only automated chat system. And this is the big issue to get solution of money fraud and other serious issues.
