@Paytm It’s 2 days that you’ve held on to my rent payment without any update . If i raise a ticket your bot closes it as solved . If I try to call support , your IVR Options send me back to the same bot . How does a customer talk to You ? Telepathy ? Pigeons ? Ravens ? Letters ?

@Paytmcare I am writing this to u to inform u that I registered complaint regarding my Paytm sound box on 9th sep 21 at customer helpline. the customer care representative told me that my Paytm sound box would be replaced in 15 days time.But till today no action has been taken.

@Paytm I had done a transaction on IRCTC app through Paytm wallet.The transaction failed&irctc has clarified that they have refunded on thier end but I still haven't got. It's been more than2weeks.I tried calling ur customer care, they keep on saying this doesn't come in our work
