@lalitinvestor @Paytm their "growth" is simply because they subsidize customer operations. All aggregators like Shiprocket use Delhivery extensively because they're the cheapest. And they're the cheapest not because they're better, but because they simply don't aim to be profitable - just "grow"

@Paytmcare It is very disappointing to see that even when I have provided all required documents and declarations, I am being hanged by Paytm. I will never suggest and recommend Paytm Services. Ridiculous and adamant behaviour of staff. I will definitely raise the issue to RBI.

@Paytm if your company takes flight booking then why u don't take responsibility to solve the query .. i booked international flight ticket but when i tried to call your customer care they gives wrong info .. i want to reschedule the flight but after booking and getting money.

Hi @Paytm, money in my father's wallet is stuck because of lack of kyc but none of the partners listed are verifying his credentials. Customer care is unapproachable. What can be done?
