    @Paytm Very bad customer support service. I want to talk support executive but didn't get connect via phone and there is also no option to chat to them directly. Even Mr. Chat bot did not able to connect with them.

    Tried DMing you, sending emails and also customer care, but no one has been listening even once. Really saddened to have this experience from @Paytm. Either disburse or cancel the request. Pls help #Paytm. @vijayshekhar Sad to tweet this but left with no choice.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar Can only see UPI transactions till 1 March, 2022 in the Passbook section. Earlier more than 1 year transaction details could be seen. Need it for ITR Records & filing. Can't reach customer care agent. App updated to latest. Please help. #PaytmLoyalist
