Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm i am trying to deactivate my account since past 10 days, The in app support isn't helping.Been waiting for the ACCOUNT CLOSURE SMS which is supposed to arrive within 48 hours but it's been more than a week and it hasn't arrived yet. Help!

Just realised why @Paytm is tanking in India. Just added amount to wallet and now I can't transfer it anywhere. Just pathetic, even can't reach out to @Paytmcare customer agent to resolve the issue / update the KYC. Video KYC not working in app 😑 @vijayshekhar

@Paytm My wallet just blocked even though I was using it for the last 10 years .Now it's again asking for kyc .I did two times and my profile showing kyc verified.Even I went to kyc center and they asked for service money . Please help me on this matter
