@lvishh Hmm My wife has the same issue @Paytm sucks...you can allow to add money but you are forcing them to do the kyc to use it

@Paytm Your service is really very bad. You think only few AI responses can resolve all the issues. I was trying to contact with customer care executive to explain my issues but not able to connect. Even the customer care number given by paytm is not connecting.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have booked flights tickets through paytm (PNR EEI32N). Paytm Booking ID was 15212252336. We cancelled & Spicejet processed the refund on 09/11/2021 I've been trying to contact Paytm Customer care since a week for refund but I'm not getting any response

I recharged my metro card no. 56053724 on 15 nov. But i was unable to top up my card as card got damaged it's been 15 days i have not recieved my refund. DMRC said i will get refund within 7 days. Very poor service by dmrc and paytm. #16072588870 @Paytm @Paytmcare @OfficialDMRC
