@PayUindia Hi Team, I Made a transition on 25th which was a failure, when I reached out to Customer Chat, no proper response, repeatedly asking the same things, please at least help me in this platform, had very bad experience with you guys, hope @Paytm & @PhonePe is far better.

@Paytmcare After so many reminders to paytmcare my problem is still unresolved. Earlier my augmont gold was removed without my consent and now last 25 days I am not able to sell my gold from augmont locker of paytm gold. Only answer is team working on it.
