    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

    @Paytmcare error- ! Payment could not be completed Please try with lower amount or different payment source. Transaction limits will revise as you continue using Paytm Apply Another Offer Retry payment Transaction is under 1k.

    Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation. I request an urgent resolution as this matter has already exceeded the response time communicated by Paytm. Regards, Sangram Keshari Barik

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @ViCustomerCare I just recharged my VI SIM after a long time because my primary number, which is Jio, was having problems. In the VI app, I saw a ₹299 offer, so I recharged it directly from the app and paid through Paytm.

    @flyspicejet @Paytmcare @Paytm please update on this booking reference: 27438149596 and PNR: XCBMVC Refund has not been settled from Paytm side. SpiceJet has initiated the refund. Please check and update the ETA when I will get my flight refund. As it is past 10 working days.

    @Paytmcare Whenever I pay something, it is going into automatic payments. Very bad. If I buy once course form a website, it doesn't mean that I pay regularly for the same course. STOP this automatic payment option.
