  @Paytmcare Please stop cheating and looting people. My amount deducted timely and Paytm page didn't load. But you issue only partial refund. My alternate plan charge is not refunded. I have nit any service then how paytm can deduct these charges. Please issue refund @Paytm @vijay

  I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare is it true to reject the paytm postpaid application for just pincode? I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Tier 2 and 3 people are more disciplined instead of 1. Issue is not application got rejected but the reason is what pincode? Seriously **** !

  @Paytm someone I know booked a flight that got cancelled and did not fly. You are refusing a refund. Not expected from a company I look upto. Can you help me connect to the right people to sort this out? Have all the details.
