@Paytm what the hell is going on with paytm bank ? unable to access paytm bank, giving error “something went wrong” atleast update customer about that, you customer care line is just crap, and 24x7 is worst than call

@Paytm I have lodge a complaint on 31 july 2022 for Paytm POS and complaint no is 5028357159. But no one is looking into matter. First support atleast replied and told engineer will visit in 3..4 days but now they don't even care to reply.. Very unprofessional customer service

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I'm trying to login back to paytm since I was logged out automatically two days before. The app was not auto recognising the OTP initially and right now there is an OTP block for me! Can't even register a complaint without logging in! 1/2
