    @Paytmcare My funds for a flight booking are stuck since Oct 14. Transaction ID ends in ...B6ED902. No ticket issued, and App support is silent. This is a violation of RBI TAT rules (₹100/day penalty). Resolve this or I am heading to the RBI Ombudsman. @RBI @consaff

    @Paytmcare @mkdmotokats Hey Paytm , how many days are required to process a genuine refund? Nowadays all the data is available at the blink of an eyelid. Please don't spoil your reputation. Nor force the customer to look for alternate channels for redressal.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst experience ever with this app. The refund for a cancelled transaction has not been processed for the last one week. There is no option to call or write an email—only an in-app bot that does not resolve queries. Worst customer experience. Never book train
