@Paytmcare The promised date was Yesterday i want a resolution to my complaint. I cannot just keep on chasing and waiting 3-4 days for a single response of a copy past message. Why can't this process be expedited. What kind of customer support service is this.

@Paytm @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Very laid back and pathetic 24*7 customer support of Paytm. Firstly it's an Autobot that chats with you and with the same old repeated verbiage. One basically doesn't know what's the status of the request. Very dissatisfied using its service.
