@Paytm i had got message from paytm on 2 nd July for payment of my scooter instalment of.l&t finance and i logged in from my debit card and it was debited and again on 3rd July same installment also debited from my account i raised issue with Paytm but no response

@mukund_bubna @Paytm @vijayshekhar Customers are hesitant to ask if payment received or failed. Payments do fail at times. Shopkeepers do ask you to show the phone with confirmation. All this is embarrassing for both merchant and customer.

@paytm I did receive a payment on 23rd June of my Paytm account the payment was sent my Paytm business account settlement. It is now July 10th but the payment has not been settled yet. I have tried my best to contact the Paytm help desk, but they have not responded to my inquiry.
