    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Hi Paytm, I booked a movie ticket on 24 march, but unfortunately the movie in the Theater got cancelled. So i did not refund my amount. Please look into my problem.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @mdeora1 Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @vsvicky_ @Paytm Nice sentiment, Vicky. A "turnaround" is a strong word. While VSS's resilience is undeniable, the narrative needs more than just fighting spirit. Here's what the numbers are *actually* showing: The recent Q4 FY26 results are indeed interesting, but let's not forget the $100M+ hit from the RBI's regulatory actions impacting their payments bank business. That's a significant hurdle overcome, not erased. Focus has shifted to their lending business, which saw a ~40% YoY growth in disbursals. *That's* the real engine, not the payments bank legacy. And let's talk scale: while user growth might be steadying, the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) is still a point of contention. Improvement is there, but it's a marathon, not a sprint. Also, Mar'26 "profit" of Rs 552 Cr is indeed skewed. Standalone P&L shows sales dipping to Rs 2,150 Cr in Mar'26, down from Rs 2,500 Cr in Mar'25. But the consolidated view shows a massive Rs 668 Cr in "Other Income" for Mar'26. This isn't sustainable operating profit. It's a financial engineering trick. #Paytm The market's been pricing in a lot of this already. This isn't a surprise rally, but a slow climb out of a deep hole.

    @Paytmcare I am unable to view my balance in my Paytm Payment bank Acct. After uninstall and reinstall of the app, now I am unable to login at all. Error reads technical reason try after some time. What is going on?? @vijayshekhar @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare what kind of service I have experienced. Paid my carloan through Paytm, money got deducted but not paid to my bank. It has been more than 3 days that ticket is created. Ticket no:200011557045

    @Paytmcare "Providing docs is NOT a resolution. My CIBIL still shows ₹10,060 overdue on a ₹500 loan. This is pure exploitation. I won't close my RBI complaint (N202627016003885) or give feedback until you waive these unfair charges & update my CIBIL to 'Closed'. Fix it! @PaytmCare @RBI
