  @Paytm @BCCI @Paytm your customer helpline numbers are pathetic. Why do I have to go through a maze of options, none of which address my issue or connect me to an executive? I am waiting on a refund from you guys for over 24 hours. Please resolve it.

  @Paytmcare I was order a product from paytm mall which is order no-12604688462 but the product was not working so after delivered i raise return request on same time but still after 10 days no pick boy come and my request cancel by your side

  @DarpanArora8 @Paytm True there is no customer care number worst service... How can we convey our problem in chat or mail correctly and the reply for the mail also takes time.. if there are any customer care number to speak to a person then only we can convey the problem clearly

  @Paytmcare unable to login into paytm account, on the verification page the app always switched to class0 message , its very frustrating.
