    @Paytmcare very disappointed from paytm the way you are investigating fraud transaction(my id:9769154390) i informed immediately after the fraud of 60k occurred but no promptness was shown by customer executive .sorry to say , it seems like has no concern about customer's pain.

    @vijayshekhar I think you should work on hiring some good staff for the @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare . I had the worst experience with your team and they aren't even able to solve a problem from more than 1.5 month.

    So @Paytm has not sent me a single statement for their post paid service and has now charged me late payment fees and after repeated requests, I am yet to receive a single statement on my registered email id. The RBI by it's law mandates a statement to customers. Explain?
