I’ve been trying to complete device verification for the last 3 days but keep getting “Verification couldn’t be completed – We didn’t receive the verification SMS”. I already have an unlimited recharge pack + extra top-up balance on my number. Still not able to login. Please resolve this urgently.     Guys don't trust @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return EO887528444IN was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims its not received and asks me for POD. Very Bad experience😭

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @MyIndusIndBank I hv ~₹2.77 lakh in IndusInd FDs created via PPBL. An IndusInd branch LOCATED & confirmed my FDs, yet IndusInd grievance team tells me to contact Paytm. PPBL is under windingup& its channel is unavailable. How am I supposed to access MY money?

    @Paytm Curious how the refund path is gated here — payment descriptions and customer notes are free text a merchant's customers control, so the model reading them to reconcile is reading strings someone else wrote. Read-only lookups I'd worry less about, but the moment refunds are trigg
