    @Paytm I was on the call with a rep for 15 mins, who had no clue what to do! So he goes ahead and COLD transfers the call to a Shubham Kumar who again has no clue and left me to explain the whole issue all over again! Is this the Customer Service @vijayshekhar boasts about??

    @PaytmBusiness still my issue not resolved. Dont buy Paytm soundbox it is fake boxe after 1 month you used it is not working @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness team has not respond . I am facing this issue from past 1 month still my issue not resolved.simply they told not serviceable .

    @Paytmcare You got the worst customer service, I wanted to update my date of birth in Paytm account and all your customer care did is update my name which was the same earlier.

    @Paytmcare I had paid the rent via credit card a day before yesterday and it has not been credited yet. Your customer care says it takes 48 hours, I say why u r keeping my money for 48 hours, I already paid u your fee. Although 48 hours are also over
