    @Paytm @Paytmcare have called Paytm helpline more than 20times, have raised query in 24*7 section more than 25 times, still I have not received refund which was initiated by @Hopscotchindia in my Paytm wallet on 22/3/22. How can someone provide such a bad service is unimaginable.

    @PaytmCare @PaytmCybercell @Paytm My Paytm Account is blocked unnecessarily, My customer has enquire only about cashback related query as per detail shared by him, Why my account is blocked if there's no such complaint pls release it now, this is not the way you are serving us!

    @Paytmcare,More than 48 hours have passed with no resolution. I've been phoning your ineffective 24-hour customer service for over a week, but they're doing nothing. So I now demand that both of my accounts be deactivated or erased from your platform, along with my personal info.

    @Paytm unable to update my wallet for fastag recharge, and after trying on KYC center also it seem the KYC SERVER is always down, it always give me the feeling as failed customer service. @Paytmcare please update my KYC or tell me how can i change my fastag account to other bank
