@Paytm my father is a small b’ness owner. And is harassed by paytm customer care. He is chasing customer care for last 2 weeks to know why 235 rs are being deducted each day your customer care no doesnt lead anywhere and app ai charbot is useless. Pls help

It is a shame that some of Indian companies are not building alternatives to Whatsapp etc. Jio, @Paytm @zomato and others with huge userbase can start using their customer base to bring messaging/social features and b2c and b2b communication platform that is owned in India

Another irony that besides Govt claiming or at least read in news that NRE/NRO Accounts can use UPI but @Paytm and @NPCI_BHIM still does not support non Indian number though linked with domestic bank @nsitharamanoffc
