@Paytm @Paytmcare I have closed my Paytm Business accounts 6 months back. Tried deactivating the account so many times, even contacted customer care but every time your bot doesn't let me talke to any executive for this particular issue.

@Paytm is horrible. Paid LIC insurance premium through the app. They took a big commision and money ended up not going to LIC and there's noone from @Paytmcare available to help. @LICINSURAT is equally horrible. Unavailability of the site was what led to me choosing paytm.

@Paytmcare My upi transaction failed but money deducted from my bank account. Paytm help center chat mentioning money will be refunded within 2 days but yet to get back after the mentioned 2 days Upi reference number : 235313436572
