    Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

    @Paytm now its just less then 24hrs left for my flight and but still my issue is not resolve. Its been more thn 2days since i raise my issue but still nothing. @DGCAIndia pls look into this @Paytmcare

    @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

    @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with lack of response regarding my refund. Qatar Airways confirmed ticket is open, but since it was booked via you, responsibility lies with your team to coordinate the approval. This has been pending for far too long—plz help & see message

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @IndiGo6E Paid ₹2,552 (Txn: #202648815687274) for a confirmed trip. Now I’m stranded with no support from the app. This is a clear "Bait & Switch" fraud. Requesting immediate refund + compensation for the price hike
