    I paid rent of rs 20,000 by credit card dated 31/12/21, transaction shows successful, but has not been transferred to the landlord's A/c nor refunded till now. The order number is 16859086974. So plz solve this issue asap @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmBank Dear Paytm, Money paid through Paytm Postpaid and not yet received in the account of receiver. What is the way to solve this issue. There is no Customer care number for Postpaid related problems. Plz provide the email or helpline number, if any. (1/2)

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, I have a DOA certificate from Lenovo which allows me to replace my laptop through paytm. I've been trying to contact or talk to someone from paytm but the 24*7 support and IVR is of not use. Please initiate contact with me- 9811792116

    @Paytmcare it's just way difficult to reach a human on your ivr machine and the chat service is also ridiculous. Seems both the Ivr and chat option are designed specifically to not let customer reach a human to talk to. I need help in getting transaction details for year 2016-17
