@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar This is certainly not 24x7 support 24*7 Support means anytime Whether it's 1am ,5am Your Agents must take the Call and solve the issue And waiting period should not be more than 10 mins. I waited for 1 hour Wasted my time Didnt get any Help.

@Paytm is charging heavy convenience fees while paying my electricity bill hence shifted to @GooglePayIndia. Gone are those days when people used to say PayTM karde. It's now Gpay karde. Great service and easy to use @GooglePayIndia
