I have used the @Paytm app to make a payment and the amount was deducted from my account and not debited into the receiver's account. for this, I have raised a ticket on the @Paytm app and my problem still needs to be resolved they closed my ticket without my consent.

Hey @Paytmcare, I have completed (renewed) KYC for two times long back at nearest kyc point. Even then also my account is still frozen. When I go to kyc customer support in Paytm app, it says my kyc is done. Then why is my account still frozen. (1/3)

@Paytmcare I have sent so many request on ur DM but no reply.i am not able to operate my wallet and my huge amount is blocked but no help from ur side has come so far..it’s more than 5 months now.U also don’t issue a ticket number in spite of all the details sent to ur support
