    18 days done today after my payment (Reference ID- 122936809566) failed @Paytm 9-10 days after your twitter reply that i will get my refund soon. No responses, no message, no information, nothing. Customer Grievances level ZERO. Will i even get my ₹1800/- back? @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare This is such ridiculous service by Paytm. I made rent payment at morning arround 6.27 am still my money is not credited. It is still in initiate status. I called @Paytm support, they asked me to chat on given link, which has I not received yet.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayneed intervention on concerns raised against incorrect balance transaction and LIC premium. I hv been following up but d issue is unresolved from 20th Aug onwards pls provide solution
