On last Friday i raised a ticket regarding delete my account from paytm 24*7 help support but till now you all haven't proceed my request, this was really a hell bad service which i got from your team. Please delete my account as soon as possible @Paytm

How to register a problem or complaint? @Paytm You help topic has become a spiral with never ending options to select but not a single instance to register a complaint. It keeps on adding sub-topics upon selection but no button to register issue.

@Paytmcare It's been more than 3 months now but issue has not been resolved and still waiting for my Rs 5000/- Paytm vouchers or equivalent cash or balance in my Paytm wallet. Kindly do the needful. Airlines have already paid Paytm but now Paytm is not paying me. Really horrible service.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm Am based in Kandivali Mumbai & met a vegetable hawker near my house 2day. Hwevr I cud'nt buy veggie fm him as he didn't hv PAYTM. I use PAYTM 4 evrything. He stated tht since he's not educated, he cud not get PAYTM. Would PAYTM be interested to help him?
