    @Paytmcare I sent the message , still no solution , is this a way @vijayshekhar paytm treats the customer??? A simple phone call will solve all the issue, but you people intentionally making us to wait for months

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.
