@Paytmcare actually sir I HV done a payment of rs5800 from Paytm but it got failed today and I HV not received the amount till now I complaint in Paytm assistant it told I HV recieved but I HV not received till now . The UPI ref no is :- 234315188537 . Plz help me outsir #paytm

@Paytm I have been facing issues while using Paytm Postpaid and it is showing as "Something went wrong". It has been more than 7-8 days, I'm unable to make pay through Postpaid and it is really frustrating. I have been trying to follow up on the complaints and making calls.

@Paytmcare Dear @PayTM If you are unable to solve my concern then, tell me, I will never ever use PayTM again. My issue is not resolved since a month. Lastly, on Dec 01, in-app care team assured to get back with update on Dec 05. But hasn't showed up yet. Ticket# 22100022768 @vijayshekhar

@Paytm By any reason my account was blocked and the reason was found suspicious transaction. They even not listening to how to unblock. And every time they are giving robotic replies. Discussing service after giving all docs still nothing. This kind of service lacking 😖😖😖
