  @PaytmCa66965113 You heard my story. What resolution can I expect? @Paytm doesn't even have a customer care division for postpaid. When I call for account block due to postpaid, support people told "we don't have a team to speak on this" & clarify doubts.

  @Paytmcare Useless service my number is 7359761799 I'm using paytm since it started until now i was able to pay for mobile recharge from my paytm postpaid account and suddenly this payment option disappear and there is no way contact paytm.

  @Paytmcare There are 2 offers combined one is 2000 points applied and 200/- cash back offer activated.. So it's technology issue I have not received 200/- cash back so it's your system issue immediately process cash back on priority.. Or I will file in consumer court..
