@Paytm @Paytmcare I had purchased a gift voucher last year and I have not been able to redeem it till now. The voucher code is not working. Have raised the issue countless times to the support team but there is no response to the ticket raised. Extremely pathetic & disappointing

To be honest we wer never contacted paytm for the soundbox.The agent himself came to us n rqsted us to buy it and now they treating the issue like its nothing to them. I gave the agent details but dont think they'll take any action against him. @consumerforum @consaff @Paytmcare
