W.R.T upi transaction no 205455745174 done using @Paytm. Transaction failed and money is not refunded. Paytm is saying it's @TheOfficialSBI issues and SBI is saying it's Paytm fault. Please decide among yourselves and refund my money.

@Paytmcare You guys replied what I am asking only, why failed transactions are counted ? Isn't it a bug? For any technical issue if payment fails then it means for 1 month user can't use it!!!
