    Dear @Ludhiana_Police When I was in Ludhiana last week, someone stole Rs 99450 from my Citibank credit card and transfer it to @Paytmcare rental. According to @MumbaiPolice, I filed an FIR in Ludhiana since I was there at the time of the crime. do help me please
