    Instead I got: "You can read the ticket, right? Go read it. Do whatever you want." Then they hung up on me. This is how @Paytm's listed operator treats a paying customer raising a legitimate concern.

    @UPI_NPCI Thank you for the response @UPI_NPCI. I have already reached out multiple times to @Paytmcare through chat support, grievance, nodal escalation, and emails, but there is still no resolution for my pending refund of ₹3,999.

    @Paytmcare As a customer, how are we expected to trust a support system if Paytm itself says its chatbot responses are unreliable? Adding to the discomfort, there are still no clear answers regarding why my LinkedIn profile was being viewed/stalked during this issue escalation. @Paytm

    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you” and asked me to DM them. It’s been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @PaytmCare

    @Paytm i have to pay 699 rupees for the boat and cashback not received but the boat website payment offer paytm cashback upto 300 rupees but cashback not received please solve my issue.

    @Paytmcare I have booked and cancelled ticket on Irctc website and payment done via Paytm QR code scan but after cancellation on 30.04.2026 still refund amount not received in account, so please do needful.

    As customers, if we are expected to rely primarily on chatbot support, then the information provided should at least be accurate and trustworthy. Right now, there is more contradiction than clarity. @Paytm #public
