    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, Akasa Air cancelled 1 passenger (Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT) from Booking ID: 26908938598 (PNR: EEFDRE) & refunded it. Paytm Support (Ticket ID: 200011664664) is stuck showing 'Still Working'. Please check and release my refund immediately! @AkasaAir

    @BATA_India @Paytmcare @Paytm Bought Bata gift card from Paytm App. Went to Infinity mall bata store in Mumbai. Bata store getting terminal id error. My shopping experience just turned bad. Paytm n Bata pls provide solution or stop selling gift cards online,if they don't work.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I’ve been trying for weeks to get a cancelled cheque / bank proof from Paytm Payments Bank so I can update my mutual fund folios to a new bank account. No customer care number works. No proper support. Branch visits were useless.

    Recently purchased a motor insurance from @Paytm since iam traveling iam not being able to receive the link for documents upload, after requesting several time to send the link on registered email since the number is out of service. No help from paytm @Paytmcare
