    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, itโ€™s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    Dear @Paytmcare I am unable to access my Paytm account since last week due to โ€œAccess Deniedโ€ issue. My wallet balance is also stuck, and despite multiple emails, I havenโ€™t received any response yet. Please resolve this issue urgently. This is causing serious inconvenience.
