    Finally when they responded, was astonished to see that they still don't know anything about the issue. Above all they know nothing about the versions their own app that which version has what feature available. @Paytm

    Got paytm gift voucher. Trying to redeem it through @Paytm app. Didn't find option to do so. Contacted @Paytmcare. Got a marvellous service. Team was going to the root cause of the problem so enthusiastically that they even forgot to reply for about 2-3 hours (1/2)

    Being a very regular user of @Paytm from a 10 rupees transaction to thousands, I am highly disappointed in the customer support I received lately for my concern. Pathetic customer support and your 24x7 help is a false claim.

    @@jagograhakjago paytm games is a fraud website which has taken lakhs of rupees off my account and refusing to pay back. They are running a fraud rummy operation and refusing to help or return my money. @Paytmcare
