    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've been struggling with an issue with my UPI for 3 days. None of your automated call systems or messaging is able to explain to me how I can fix my issue. I'm extremely frustrated that there is no way to contact a customer care employee to whom I can speak to.

    @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm @PaytmTravel team I have already replied. Till now my query is not resolved. There is some limitations in the law for filing the case. Requesting you to resolve this issue ASAP and redund my amount plus provide me mental harassment amount of rs 2000.

    @Paytm How can you decide for me that I can only have one of the 13 issues listed in ur chat? What if I have some other issue/query? How can I raise it? Your "CHAT" & phone no is just a 1way communication. There HAS to be an option to talk to an agent. Zero stars for @Paytmcare

    Finally able to login to the @Paytm app after 4 months of occasional login attempts using their adhar flow. I was unable to login because I took 5 years break from paytm after 2017.
