    Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems I’ve ever dealt with. A “specialist” is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    Officially as of now @Paytmcare has refused to compensate me on their service failure. I have logged complaint on consumer forum as of now against them and Shymoli Travels. I don't want any coupon code I want full reimbursement @vijayshekhar what is your company doing??

    @SonOfBharat7 This is an issue with Upi payment, your details get to that person, same thing happened to a girl who shared 2-3 days ago that someone from restaurant called her up. Pay in cash in you can or there should be some way for @Paytm to hide number

Ticket: 200011607501 PNR: F928VZ (Kanpur-Bengaluru, 15 Jun) Refund initiated by airline, but Paytm bot refuses to release it. @ishita0909 needs human support now.     @Paytmcare Issue is temporarily resolved only if i disable my antivirus every time i want to use paytm wallet. That’s not a solution, so pls escalate my feedback properly — this over-aggressive detection is frustrating.
