@Paytmcare Paytm is supported by robots only. When you do payments that means your transaction is loss. Paytm is controlled by robots only. In customer service no persons are there at all there are only robots. Don't trust paytm I have lossed rupees 9000 and 1438. Avoid Paytm payments.

@Paytmcare..i reported an unauthorized transaction on 24th december & your team was about to reply in 4 hours..but i am waiting for past 4 days to complete those 4 hours..ticket - 3135831885..will u please reply..i have already removed UPI from paytm because of pathetic service.

@Paytm customer care worst customer service in any fintech applications. There is no way to connect to customer support executives. They only provide solutions by chatbot. And they will declare your problem has been solved even its not listed there @Paytmcare how can i connect?

@PaytmTravel @Paytm i have booked the bus tickets but that Bus has cancelled by operator and Operator promised that within 48hrs will get refund. Still i didn't get and Paytm customer service Responding as We couldn't help and Leave your money as we couldn't help.

Paytm is the worst app I have ever come across. They have a pathetic customer care service where in the user breaks his head to contact the care This is just pathetic. Though ur bank confirms the amount is deducted, these guys have no record of it #Paytm #paytmcare #worstapppaytm
