    @Paytmcare Hi I have not receied cashback on a transaction. Your 24x7 help amd support service is very poor. I do not found any solution by using this and its showing ticket solved.

    @Paytmcare such a pathetic customer support ur help section is worst i have ever seen they r not responding for weeks. No call facility. Never seen such a unprofessional behavior. Airtel banks has 1000 times better customer support TICKET ID 314926000

    @Paytm For the first time in years since I have started using Paytm, I'm having an issue with a transaction, which accidentally made to the wrong person due to technical issue of Paytm App itself.This is frustrating that I can't raise my query to Paytm since its not listed.

    @Paytm Can you launch a system like as razorpay but without take any charges for transaction. Link payment with customer details, invoice and refund system. Like as online shoping cart.
