    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

    Hi @Paytmcare, Our customers accidentally sent ₹1,656 to the wrong UPI (lk926279@ybl) through Paytm. Transaction Ref No: 309952673067 (07 Jul, 08:18 PM). This was a genuine mistake. We have already raised a complaint in the app. Kindly help us recover the amount. @Paytm

    Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

    @Paytm @FlixBus 10 days. Zero accountability. Zero response. Zero resolution. Your customer support exists only to post polite replies in public while doing absolutely nothing afterward. I missed my journey because of your failure, and now you're ignoring me @Paytmcare #fraud
