I had earlier taken rs 750 from paytm postpaid. However, the account is still active in my credit report. Earlier i contacted @AdityaBirlaGrp for the account closing. I was redirected to paytm and to my surprise I didn’t found any customer service for this. @Paytmcare

Jo solution till now. @IRCTCofficial saying to check with @AxisBankSupport Axis bank is saying to check with @Paytm paytm is asking to check with Axis. Can any of them will tell how to proceed? I want to travel with my pet. Poor and pathetic service.
