@Paytmcare Ticket ID: 22204841920 - Paytm support is saying that it will take 7-9 working days to refund my funds of 2 Lac rupees. This is definitely not acceptable, as it’s your technical glitch! Also, I am not getting any furhter reply from support! Resolve this immediately!

@Paytmcare Paid for AC HYD–MUM bus, got a filthy NON-AC with pan stench, black sheets, no blanket, wrong seat & even WRONG bus listing! No shock absorbers, zero maintenance – a nightmare ride & sleepless night. Total FRAUD service. How do you list such garbage buses?

Hey @vijayshekhar, @Paytm UI needs a complete redesign. The current UX is terrible. Stick to a single design pattern and simplify things (Sort and categorise everything), don’t make it more complicated to use.
