    It's a worst service giving by @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare . I am waiting from 22 may 2022 for the replacement of faulty Voicebox device given by paytm. Now the time of patience is over so I want to return this device.

    @Paytmcare It's very very inappropriate to create problem for ur loyal customer as well as share holder. I m very disappointed with ur lethargic behavior as sucha big brand. Hope this time i get my complaint resolve and get my wallet 88**154 unfreez along with my balance in bank account.

    @Paytmcare hi actually i facing issu in paytm i can't transfer my fund or any thing and my all bank removed and they show me like paytm serverdown what's a wrong with paytm plz give me a response i am old user of paytm and now i also need to transfer fund but still can't help me

    @Paytmcare What is the official email is which I can use if I want to escalate any issue? Do you have any contact where an actual customer care personnel picks up the phone and helps fixing customer queries by trying to understand the problem?

    @paytmbankcare There is quite literally no customer care executive available, it's only via automated messages. A simple " we regret your inconvenience" from a bot won't really help me with a workaround solution will it ? @Paytm @Paytmcare
