    @Paytmcare how difficult it is to connect to ur customer care..my refund has not been issued. There is no way to connect to agent. Only ticket raised and nothing done yet.. next option will be left is take matter in consumer court

    @Paytmcare your customer service is absolutely annoying. My payment to @TATAAIGIndia for vehicle insurance failed twice and the amount got pending(on 12th of November). The payment which I have done second time got refunded within few days but the first pay of ₹6193.49 has not

    @Paytm @RBI @PMOIndia I transferred amount to a person but his paytm is not working. Now i call paytm customer care but no ivr for such complaints. How can a paytm user compaint hassel free? Very poor system and non customer friendly.

    @Paytmcare 1. Me and my friend had booked bus from Paytm travelling from indore to mumbai. The bus was supposed to arrive at 8:30 but no details were shared for bus until around 10:30. Once the details were shared the bus driver was unable to reach. We raised a support ticket
