    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Onboarded on 29.5.2026 as Paytm Merchant. Till now not able to collect payment due to settlement issue not resolved. Also your ground sales team onboarded me with wrong number and now not picking call to change mobile number. Pathetic Service.

    @sub1301 @Paytm @DCCyberKP Hi Subrata, the only way to handle this is to raise a cyber crime complaint and a chargeback request with Bank of Baroda. I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.

    @Paytm your AI chatbox keeps refreshing and not able to go through with filing a grievance redressal. Conveinently you have no customer care support through phone or email.
