    @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare can’t use my wallet as it’s frozen. Please do the needful called up customer care multiple times but it’s useless. Have to face harassment at toll and has to pay double charges. Resolve it ASAP.

    @Paytmcare Why doesnt Paytm have a dedicated customer care number Or CSR available to assist for Paytm postpaid issues? The automatic personal assistant for Paytm Postpaid just has few default Questions and doesn't help to resolve customer queries or concerns.
