    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I request senior leaders to step in and look into the fake promise I was given that my issue would be resolved by Tuesday 28th. The issue is pending till date since 8 February!!!! Paytm has the most pathetic customer service !!!! @

    @vijayshekhar Just imagine your day starts with a surprise. Soundbox which is already submitted, business which is closed has got an amount due. Now you have to download the business app and the struggle starts Not able to connect to customer support. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare - I've paid more than ₹400 for convenience fee in 3 months for your postpaid service. Which is way high than any Cr card. I am going to repay one more time and close the Postpaid service. Notify how to close. If u can, provide the solution to avoid Conv Fee Thanks
