    @Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

    @Paytm I was on call with your customer care executive for 1hr 20min only for the senior manager to disconnect the call on my face with no resolution to a payment deduction that I have not authorised. Absolutely horrendous. Have the courtesy to take accountability.

    @Paytm @PaytmTravel My bus is delayed by 3 hours with no updates or messages, booking ID: 26165674841. The driver isn’t giving proper info, and when I called customer care, they hung up! Who’s responsible if I miss my connection? This is unacceptable. #Paytm #BusBooking

    @Paytmcare @Paytm metro recharge is so useless i recharged twice and both time it shows no top up available. Most useless service and even worse is their customer support bot.

    @Paytmcare Fake cashback offers, there's no customer care, one bot that's of no help, if u raise a complaint on X they will shut you down that voucher was never applied lol it's common sense that we click on the Redeem button what other abracadabra consumers should do?
