@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

@Paytm sir I want upgrade my paytm bank limit problem by Paytm bank side and I am receiving a sms by Paytm your bank limit is exceed so please upgrade my limit and I am also using Paytm by myself and can also provide all documents in paytm app on 24*7 help so please upgrad limit

@Paytmcare Yesterday I was trying to do a payment of Rs 246 twice but it failed but my money Rs 246+246= Rs 492 got deducted and didn't get refunded to my bank account. Then today I contacted your 24×7 support they told within 4 hours it will be solved but now 8 hours has passed

@Paytm @PaytmTravelCare you have the worst customer care team. You have worst Financial team. Does it really take more then 4 months to provide refund. I am frustrated now. You can keep the @jetairways refund amount and educate your team on how to speak to customers.
