@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

1/2 @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar this is very serious issue going on with Paytm more the 7 user from last 1 week who loss more then 20k .. people paying the amount through UPI but amount goes stuck hence they are trying to call paytm customer care...👇
