@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

All the users , who are using @Paytm. I want to tell you that their customer support and services are worst. @Paytmcare doesn't even replies with appropriate solution and not even replies on time...Along with that there are multiple fraud happening via paytm .so be careful ❌❌

I raised a query on helpline number regarding a payment. The executive asked me to send details of payment in help section in the @Paytm app but the help section is not opening at all, it closes down on its own while I try to open it. Solve this issue please. @Paytmcare
