    @Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

    @Paytm sir I want upgrade my paytm bank limit problem by Paytm bank side and I am receiving a sms by Paytm your bank limit is exceed so please upgrade my limit and I am also using Paytm by myself and can also provide all documents in paytm app on 24*7 help so please upgrad limit

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @PaytmBank Facing issue not having access to the deposit on paytm payment bank. Sir, please contact me immediately. Requested call back on paytm, but they are unhelpful. Asking me to download the bank app from play store, which is not on the app Store.

    @Paytmcare Paytm’s “Bus Booking Assurance” feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling “assurance” if you can’t honor it. Worst travel booking experience I’ve had. @Paytm
