@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

I had ordered a sound box on paytm business app on 3 august.And delivery date was 8 August but it wasn't delivered. So i contacted paytm support on 13 august and they told me tocontact in 1 or 2 days but no reply I strictly not expected this kind of service from Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare As per Paytm customer care policy, they have asked the representatives to threaten the customers to morph their pictures if they do not pay! When complained for the same, they have also disregard this issue.
