@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

Hi @vijayshekhar, Again a Another Issue came: Ordered a Paytm Soundbox for ₹2000 with no monthly charges, but got charged ₹125 for no reason. @Paytm, this is unacceptable and a clear breach of trust. Fix this issue or lose a customer! #PaytmSoundbox #CustomerServiceFail
