@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

@Paytmcare This is my transaction order ID 26226427212, you can check how you r working & how you earn profit with harrashing customers, if the transaction is failed, why you take three days to refund, what's problem for immediate refund for failed transaction. No one in @RBI

Dear @Paytmcare, my EDC is not charging very well. Device Id 1493218575. I have raised a ticket before, the representatives repeatedly call and ask the same questions multiple times but have not send a field executive for service. Please help
