  @Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance.   @Paytmcare Hi Vinod, Thanks. Yes, the promo was available yesterday, and I was able to redeem it. It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
