@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

@Paytm where is your customer service when a customer can not call you or kept waiting in queue for 15 min so customer don't call.. Neither the 24x7 help gives way to ask assistance on our topic it's only topic Paytm wants... Is it customer service or avoiding customers??

@Paytmcare Hi , on 13th nov around 7.45 am i was doing booking for hotel from Agoda portal suddenly website stopped responding & an amount of 13123.56 deducted from my card. Agoda said didn't receive the amount. But statement it is showing done by Paytm retail Mumbai. pls help me

Whenever I go out I use @PhonePe instead of @Paytm now. Reason is simple - On irregular Internet connection, I have faced issues number of times where amount got deducted and didn't credit in the merchant account and then had to wait or pay again only to see I paid twice...

@Paytm what kind of pathetic service is from #paytm... App works on phone and after a reset it stops working... Now Paytm do not have solution for it and neither customer care has clue to help. Neither Paytm allows now to close my account or request money transfer back.

@Paytmcare you are a big fraud company. First you guys come to our store and tell you wont charge for the speaker then you start charging for it. Now after returning the speaker you are still charging for it. Also there is no ways we can **** you for this over the call.
