Complain has already been registered. Customer care email and number is crashing. I haven't received any update about my refund . Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.

I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.
