  @Paytm I have book a ticket on paytm from Delhi to Patna for 9 April .In between the journey bus operator will drop me before 80 km from my destination .I have done a complain on 10 April but till now I cant get action on it.Bad service by #Paytm .

  @Paytm It's been more than two working days I haven't received credit shell refund for the flight booking. Complain has already been registered. Customer care email and number is crashing. I haven't received any update about my refund . Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.

I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance.   This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

  @Paytmcare Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

  @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @SMFGIndia My complaint is already under review with SMFG and Paytm. However, today multiple auto-debits of INR 620 have been processed from my account while the loan adjustment and due calculation issues are still under investigation.

  @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank

  Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
