  @Paytmcare So disappointed with your customer service. Helplessly trying to get my refund from past couple of months but still haven't got it. Really worst service provided. Paytm has blocked my number and email address.

  @Paytm I have book a ticket on paytm from Delhi to Patna for 9 April .In between the journey bus operator will drop me before 80 km from my destination .I have done a complain on 10 April but till now I cant get action on it.Bad service by #Paytm .

  @Paytm It's been more than two working days I haven't received credit shell refund for the flight booking. Complain has already been registered. Customer care email and number is crashing. I haven't received any update about my refund . Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.

  @Paytm i have requested your team to please close my Paytm postpaid last month for which i was assured that will be done by 7th of next month but still its not closed. I don’t need postpaid service so please do some needful #Paytm #paytm @vijayshekhar

  Dear @RoyalNepalAirlines @Paytm @DGCAIndia I was wrongly denied boarding on 16/04/2026 for flight under PNR: 14N04D by Royal Nepal Airlines staff (RA 206), despite carrying my original Voter ID. The staff incorrectly claimed that my valid original ID was a “copy” and refused me entry, due to which I missed my flight. This was not my fault, but I am being told by Paytm that the ticket is “non-refundable”, which is unfair in this situation. I have already raised complaints with both Paytm and the airline, but no proper resolution has been provided yet. I request urgent investigation and fair refund/compensation for denied boarding caused by staff error. Passenger: Yash Chauhan PNR: 14N04D Travel Date: 16/04/2026 Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

  @Paytmcare Both my wife and I cannot login to the app we are both getting the blank white screen after receiving OTP. I have; -cleared cache -cleared data -updated the app -uninstalled/reinstalled -restarted my phone -tried by data and wifi. What the hell is happening?

  @paytmcare I am unable to use paytm app in iphone since 2 days. Automatically it loggged out first & after that I am unable to login as message is coming Acess is denied . Resolve the issue on immediate basis !
