I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

Sarika Raj (@SarikaRaj257522) reported@Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .

Tried to reach out to customer care but I couldn't get help. Also have raised a complaint through email. Kindly help on the same.
