    Hi Guys Don't take any Fasttag from PAYTM ,I had a very bad experience with them,they have taken my money and issued the Fasttag and put an hold on it ,it's doesn't working, paid he'll of fines or extra just because of the negligence of PAYTM ,@Paytmcare,@narendramodi

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @nearbuy ur customer support kept asking for order ID when nearbuy doesn't provide one. do I run nearbuy that I can generate that or u guys run nearbuy? its 1900/- swallowed by Paytm on filmsy excuse. ur guys like chatbots say the same thing.

    @Paytmcare Paytm’s “Bus Booking Assurance” feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling “assurance” if you can’t honor it. Worst travel booking experience I’ve had. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm customer support has been disappointing. My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.
