  Pathetic Customer Service by @PaytmBank and @Paytmcare , they are just in hurry to close the ticket id (198496031) to meet their number metric without even solving customer’s problem. 10das 4 ticket I’d being raised regarding same problem all of them closed without solving.

  @Paytm Refer and earn of paytm is a big scam. I referred a friend and he installed paytm in front of me and transected rs 1000 but I am not received the referral bonus but he got his welcome offer.I have asked customer service but they refused saying my friend had not used my link.SCAM

  @Paytm @vijayshekhar I made a add money to wallet, money didn't added but amount deducted from bank but money not refunded after 14 days. Ticket no 3105404306. Complaint raised but showing solved. Help .

  @paytm Sumit an Operation manager from Noida he is the operational manager ? Not solving the issue and the "Manoj" customer care agent was very rude and kept me on hold for 40minutes is this the right way to speak with customers ? @vijayshekhar

  @Paytm I am fed up with Paytm sound box, been almost a month now I was told it would be in English but it's in hindi and still language is not changed. I want to disconnect my Paytm account and take this **** box too.
