I don't understand why is @Paytmcare blocking its customer's accounts for a mere fraud report without any enquiry and asking its own customers to reach out to some other bank for help without any guidance or help. This is really crazy ! @PaytmCybercell @Paytm

@Paytm my account has been frozen. Am being asked to upload my PAN for KYC. I have a name change in my new PAN Card & the KYC is getting rejected. There is no option to solve this. Please help @vijayshekhar

It's been more than 1 week now since I raised issue. Paytm service is the worst, I have been paytm user from a long time and I am following up from one week on 24x7 service too for the same issue, you should mention as once a month service instead of 24x7 @Paytm @Paytmcare
