surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare My Paytm wallet has been freezed. Not letting me add money. It is showing you need to complete KYC. When I click on complete KYC, it shows KYC is already complete. Tried raising query on app, no help provided. Please help.

@Paytmcare IRCTC refunded my cancelled ticket money but PayTM hold that money illegally from last 8-9 days. Seems PayTM now doing cheap business strategy to grab customers money. Customer care not providing the timeline to transfer my refunded money. Just a **** to follow up them
