  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  @Paytmcare I was told by paytm customer care that i will get refund before 31st may. 31st may is also gone but I neither got any update nor refund also I’m not getting any reply from paytm side.Tell me exact date when willl you refund.Worst service ever.

  @vijayshekhar @Paytm But 10 years later i think paytm will loose customers because of the customer handling teams you are using. From last three months i am begging for my refund but still i am helpless .

  @Paytm I'm using your postpaid service I have paid my due amount before 1June 2021 i mean before my billing date I have paid the due amount on 31may 2021 the amount which I have used given by you if I have paid my dues before time then why you are guys are charging 110rs extra ?

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I received notification regarding upgradation of paytm postpaid if only if I pay Rs7782/- but to my surprise after payment it didn't get upgraded. Kindly resolve the issue

  @ViCustomerCare I don't have any issue with VI my issue is with @Paytm as they are not giving me my money. It's been 16 days and i have tried everything but they aren't trying to help me.
