surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Its 15 days past since I placed my paytm gold order, still its status is uncertain even though @PaytmMoneyCare has put my concern on priority since 3 days, where can a retail consumer go for a positive resolution of such issue, its been a dreadful after sales experience

I have requested to unblock my Paytm account I called Customer service & than tried through app. Its already try previous 1 months to unblock my paytm account& but nothing has happened personal to paytm care Such a crap customer service. Disappointed! @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytm either recruite more people in customer care services or recruite more people to solve your app related bugs. I can't connect to the customer care for complaining about the wrong deduction of funds as all of your guys are busy and app is full of bugs.
