surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare my paytm is showing blocked without any reason i have submitted chargeback request 2 months ago all problem solved services received after 1 month paytm blocked me.please unblock me as soon as possible otherwise disable my account i will start google pay from tomorrow

@PaytmBank @Paytm I have been charged rs638/- postpaid bill payment as convenience fee, no information and no one is there to help me on understanding that, what the rubbish is this man. And chat support is like mad robot. No one gives proper answers. What customer is looking. Such a disgusting.
