surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Hi @verified I love you.after tweeting my issues with the company it's related to.they respond immediately and solve the problem.except @Paytmcare they are of no use.but @KotakBankLtd has been exceptionalat this quick rate doesn't happen even if we call the customer care of any.

What a worst support @Paytm @Paytmcare you are delivering to customers. Why should we wait for 30-40 min of time to connect to a representative? You can't afford money on staffing resources to deliver support services ?? you concentrated only to earn money ?? (1/1)

@Paytm my fastag is installed with Chasis number, how do I update my vehicle registration number to it? Your app doesn't have an option to do it & the help/support section is useless. Let me know how I can do it.
