surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @RBI getting threatened by paytem customer care agent named kual.. she is extremely rude and missbahving dispite talking to her niclay looks like there is some post paid due. Which i am not aware . On y old number, requested days time to check but she has started abusing

Again and again after sharing that mail also only one reply connect with merchant. @vijayshekhar @Paytm look into it. And after today I will not be using your application for transactions. Your shares will go down with this type of customer support.
