    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm can any body at Paytm resolve issue, Postpaid payment amount deducted from bank but Paytm showing failure and amount not refunded....no resolution till now almost 24 hrs.. Paytm customer care is of no use feel helpless

    @Paytmcare @Paytm don't divert the issue by bringing unnecessary "garbage" into this. don't worry no confidential Inhave shared. The question is why Paytm is accesing confidential info from customer's Credit card, like amount due to credit card and due date etc., @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've completed my KYC for activating the wallet but it hasn't reflected yet. Such a tedious & unorganised process for KYC. Also tried reaching out to customer care but I haven't received and solution for my problem

    @Paytm since October, I am trying to contact to Paytm customer support for my complain redressal. Everytime I only get a ticket no from their app's help and support menu. After few days they say the issue has been resolved but they don't do anything. Worst customer support 👎
