    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Please reimburse the amount for the not-shown bus service 4th April. I have been chasing the support team but no help.I had booked tickets with Paytm trusting their services but the bus operator didn't show up. @Paytm @PaytmTravel please reimburse the amount for all the 3 tickets

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare One of the worst customer service and sales experience by PayTM. Mr Sharma you need to look into this. No result in an issue for more than 40 long days. It's a joke.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service I have ever found is paytm. Order ID 100003269482633 Waiting for money since 5 days. Not returning Rs.5450 refunded by IRCTC. I will put this on facebook. Recommend to everyone not to use PAYTM. Even phone customer care is third class.

    @Paytmcare @paytm @PaytmBank When do you intend to fix my wallet issue? 1. Your Kyc centers don't accept any requests. 2. I have uploaded my Aadhar and other documents endlessly, but no avail. Can I have my money back from my wallet which you won't let me use? Horrible Company!!
