surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Raveena91014407 @Paytm They are breaking all DGCA rules of refund openly cause they think no one can touch them. One legal notice and they will issue a full refund. Initiate immediate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so as to get your money back from them

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am a Paytm bank, Paytm Money customer. My account got blocked on 9 Nov. I raised ticket 3237570457, it is not resolved yet. Paytm is primary bank, I have many EMI also blocked. I have submitted all the documents, no action taken by you.

Pathetic customer service from paytm !!! When checked with the airline they have already refunded 5,684 to paytm but paytm didn't process that yet. When will you refund @Paytm. Atleast @Cleartrip has far better service when it comes to cancellation and refunds.
