surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

This is really frustrating and ridiculous @Paytm @paytmbankcare There is still no resolution of my complaint as on 7 Feb it's more than 15 days, NO USE . Agents have no knowledge how to deal with this Issue ref no. 303511793193 . JUST WASTING TIME! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! #SCAM

@Paytmcare Dnt use paytm they are totally fraud they down your cibil score if they down your cibil. Score then case on consumer court against paytm

@Paytmcare Really pathetic customer service from PayTM ....Was on call for 10 minutes but the IVR was going on and no customer service executive was attending the call...Added 2000 to the wallet and now I can't make a pay out from the wallet...My 2000 is stuck...
