    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Worst service i have ever examine on any kind of platform! I ordered paytm soundbox a month agao but it had a problem, i reported it for the same and company send an executive to take it back and replace it, Its now been over 14 days that my device has been @Paytm @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytm There is no benefit of this if you can't offer a good customer experience. My paytm account is blocked for month and I can't pay my pension and SIP. The customer service guys are holding back with a promise cycle of 4 days recovery period. Are u guys misusing the money?

    @consumerforum_ @Paytm 1. I reach them for account unfreeze 2. They say issue will be resolved in 4 days 3. Then after one day they say that issue will be resolved in 48 hours 4. Then they said we can't reach you so we are closing the support ticket.
