surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I have done a transaction for rs 1014 in Flipkart on on 7th October.but Order not confirmed ,Flipkart saying due to technical error money not received,contact to paytm,they will refund your money,paytm saying payment successful contact Flipkart .so now what can I do ?

@Paytm when I asked to bank they are saying this is not our fault ask bank you are saying when j am asking bank they are saying that's paytm problem not our problem this amount of 8475 who will give this amount bank or paytm I am trying this problem from one week over till now.

@Paytmcare Are you serious??? Ohh it's just a copy paste your script like "we understand the blaa..blaa............. You may don't want to know. You can check how old customer I am .. and my transaction. But now I have trust issues with @paytm
