surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@TheNeatSoul I have faced issue with fraudulent transactions in @Paytm happening without authorisation earlier but didn’t receive any resolution. Since then I told all my friends and relatives to keep away from Paytm.

@Paytmcare We spoke with your agent but he can't help us as it was technical issue on paytm page. Tdr page is not opening. And it is senario of connecting trains. As per new gov rules, if due to delay of present train you missed your upcoming train. Refund is applicable.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Due to network issue I have paid my paytm postpaid bill 2 time on 1st march 2022, I complaint for refund so many times but still 12 days gone not received refund. Every time customer care reply is please be patience we are working on this.

Paytm has worst service when it comes to closing fasttag. Continuously getting message as "Fasttag not delivered" while closing Ftag. mean ye kya hai bro? its pathetic @Paytm @vijayshekhar
