    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Kuch option sirf dikhawe k liye de rkhe h . Jese ki SPECIFIC QR ACCESS TO CASHIER ye function work nhi krta . App main MERCHANT CARE se baat ki to usne bhi mera bhut time waste kiya kbhi kuch kbhi kuch btaya jo working nhi tha.

    Does @Paytm @Paytmcare has a human to solve problems ? They have AI enablers strictly avoid when money has to refund even after all details provided. This AI bolts sucks

    @RamMNK @paytm @paytmcare Really mentall harssament by paytm team for not procesing of refund. Airline team confirmed they will process the refund but paytm team not ready. Sir, please help on this my Paytm Booking ID : 27345517995
