surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Good words,But blocking Paytm accounts and there money in Paytm account and enjoying with that are not good, with out any proper reason your company block's account.. Don't trust Paytm.

@Paytm = biggest fraud of the decade. I lost a hefty amount in booking train or bus tickets from this app. I should probably go to court for this. @Paytm resolve my issue-Booked 2 train tickets early morning today and the booking was cancelled but amount hasn't been refunded yet
