surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Pathetic customer support through phone. Calling the customer care number to report unknown activity through my account but it's sends me a link on my number to set paytm payment pass code instead of connecting it to any representative. @Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare

@Paytmcare @aapkaneelesh Buddy issue is with paytm .good luck if u manage to get the moneyback or valid voucher and ya get ready or laods of paytm's bot responses they have a lot of variety but not the will or skill or understanding to address issues.@vijayshekhar here is another one feather in cap
