    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Most pathetic service by @abfinance of Paytm postpaid @Paytmcare I am not a defaulter but facing most horrible service and treatment given by this so called service. I will definitely demotivate and recommend 20 people to not to use this torturous service.

    @Paytm Very disappointed from Paytm, I am following up customer care from last 1 month and they are only doing timepass instead of doing their job. Now time has come to stop using Paytm and moving to PhonePe or GPay. Paytm’s irresponsible customer care has proved their capability

    Dear @Paytmcare & @Citibank I have submitted my kyc documents related (Paytm Citi Bank cc) through offline kyc and it has been 7+ days and when I checked the status of my application on your Citi Bank website it show video ekyc is pending,what is the need of this when o alredy
