@Paytmcare Booking done in minutes and support is to be waited for 4 hours which is more than a movie show time. And you say 24/7 support.

@Paytmcare recently started using Paytm postpaid. Got charged with hefty late payment fees... No reminders, no auto debit feature...only 7 days gap between statement date and due date.. doesn't sound fair..no customer support for this feature..it hurts.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your app does not workto pay the Paytm postpaid bill. You levied a fine on my account when the payment option didn't work And your "24*7 customer support" is a chatbot whose postpaid section has only one option to click following which it will close the chat!

I've already raised a consumer complaint against @Paytmcare @Paytm and if the issue is not resolved in next 2 days I'm filing a case. Moving to @zerodhaonline anyways once I get my money.
