Hey @Paytm, I took a postpaid loan of 10000 on Feb 8, 2021, and repaid it by Oct 2022, but it's still showing as active on my CIBIL report as of Mar 22, 2023. Can you help me close the loan status since I've already paid it off? #PaytmPostpaid #CIBILReport #paytm

"I'm extremely disappointed with @Paytm! I've been trying to contact their postpaid department, but it seems there isn't one. I took a postpaid loan, paid it off, but it's still showing active on my CIBIL report. No one is addressing my issue, and it's a letdown for Paytm users
