Customer support is telling they cannot register any complaint regarding this big fraud is going on paytm. I have call recording how they are telling after 10 hrs continuously calling. Neither closing account nor removing this fraud soundbox subscription. @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Very bad experience for past few days with Paytm. You're not letting me submit a video kyc and customer service is just a robot asking me to try again.And then I decided to close my account but I can't even do that. And now I can't even login because OTP can't be read by your app
