    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didn’t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmCare please help! A UPI payment of ₹13,000 was sent to my number but went into an old dormant account linked to my number. I've been using this number for 5 years. Complaint already raised. Please freeze that account and reverse the amount ASAP. 🙏 #PaytmCare

    @Paytmcare People are not responsible for your system That's your problem people book as per your sale price whether it was correct or wrong does not matter. people trust you and book it and you can't cancel a passenger ticket without consent and you didn't refund money so you are FRAUD

    @Paytmcare You piece of **** why is it under review? Even after completing all the KYC, without any reason or notice you put it under review. I'll be reporting this RBI ombudsman coz my financial details are linked with the account

    @Paytmcare Cashback promised of Rs 50 has still not been credited to my account despite meeting all the conditions laid down. That is the reason why Paytm has lost its credibility. Don't promise which you can't fulfil or just don't promise at all as making excuses does no good
