    @Paytmcare Worst service from Paytm. 3150837545 (Ticket ID) it’s happening every time when ever I’m paying, you guys always deduct the money and never let it through. And your usual reply is contact the other institution. And no method of taking to ur executive. WROST SERVICE

    @Paytm paytm not closing my postpaid services after so many requests their customer care cut the call after putting me on hold 5 times. Very poor service by the paytm. Close my postpaid account Pan: DWKPS0657E

    @contact_mohit3 @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Exactly! I was trying to report a fraud transaction but only stupid bots are available, cannot talk and explain such urgent issue to the customer care. Seriously paytm whats wrong with you its been 4 days now!!!
