    @Paytmcare 24 hours not sufficient to check a simple use case i.e., to give cashback or not? The coupon shouldn't have been applied successfully in the first place it the cashback terms are not applicable. This is not customer's headache to wait for your resolution #paytm #scam #fraud

    @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

    It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @UPI_NPCI I travelled by an auto today & paid via Paytm UPI. I left my watch in the auto. It has immense sentimental value to me. I have the UPI transaction details & the driver’s name. Pls help me connect with the driver. 🙏

    @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.
