@Paytmcare @Paytm Your customer service is very poor. After transaction being failed amount is not credited back. And more pain is your deaf and dumb customer support. They don't bother to even revert back.

@Paytmcare I booked the flight during the lockdown and that flight was canceled from airline. They indicated my refund. I booked through paytm. The amount reached at paytm account. But still I didn't receive my refund amount I sent many emails to customer care but they didn't.

Save your money from frauds of @MobiwikSupport . Using wallet, transferring money always involves lot of charges levied. Customer support is reckless and rude. @Paytm @Paytmcare is the best app in terms of savings in time, money to customer

@PaytmMoney Very unfair trade practice. I bought gold and the per gram calculation itself is wrong. There is literally no customer care itself. Only redirects to some stupid FAQs and dead-end! @Paytmcare
