Is this a scam to attract users to make payments? Swiggy is not ready to take responsibility. N paytm chat boot says no offer was linked to that transaction. @SwiggyCares support only tells offer was successfully applied. Whats the solution with both @SwiggyCares n @Paytmcare

Hi @Paytm Today I bought gold worth Rupees 700 and pad additional Rs 21 for GST, before purchase by Gold balance was around Rs. 32 and after the purchase it became 705 while it should have been (700+32 = 732). Fix this issue. Order Id: 18913087482
