    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

    @Paytmcare Hi Chetan, it’s been several days and I’m still receiving only assurances, not a resolution. I have already submitted all requested documents. Please provide a definite timeline and resolve my Digital Gold bank verification issue immediately instead of keeping it under review.

    @RamMNK @paytm @paytmcare Really mentall harssament by paytm team for not procesing of refund. Airline team confirmed they will process the refund but paytm team not ready. Sir, please help on this my Paytm Booking ID : 27345517995
