    The worst customer care support I have ever come across so far is Paytm. There won't be any response from their end even though you escalate the issue to Nodal/Grievance team @Paytm @Paytmcare Please look into the customer support department to hold your customers @vijayshekhar

    @MCF_Faridabad Neither you are accepting payment through @Paytm nor your website is working. How am I suppose to make a Water Bill payment? Also the contact number provided on a bill is unreachable. And I can't personally visit MC office due to a fracture. 🙈
