    I'm not able to access my @Paytm Postpaid account, raised many tickets but AI is everywhere. Which doesn't understands my issue PLEASE REMOVE AI FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR IT'LL FINISH YOU ALL. NOT ABLE TO CONTACT PAYTM BY ANY MEANS. REQUIRED A CALL BACK BUT DID NOT GET IT.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Refund received for only 1 ticket. Still pending for the 2nd Paytm bus ticket. Same booking issue, same bus delay. Please resolve the balance refund immediately.

    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago @OfficialStarAir Refund issue pending since Nov-25. Star Air confirms full refund processed, while Paytm denies receipt/payment. Booking done via Paytm; now i am stuck between two companies. Flight cancelled by airline (PNR: 11NN8Q, Surat–Bhuj).

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Same issue, same journey, but no resolution. Booked 2 separate tickets; refund given for only 1. Raised 2 tickets for the same delay — one pending for 80+ hrs, another for 28+ hrs. Please resolve the remaining refund immediately.
