I can receive otp but there is no provision to login to app with otp alone. What kind of stupid design is this where one can't even login to app?

Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.
