@Paytm why does not paytm soundbox support local language functionality. Atleast you must ask for preferred language while the customer orders for paytm soundbox.

@Paytm Paytm is fooling people by asking them to add minimum ₹250 in Paytm bank for having Paytm debit card but they didn't directly mentioned that they are taking these ₹250 for shipping physical debit card. The support of Paytm is useless and I am not even able to cancel it.

@Paytm the problem with paytm is that it is for young users and it looks complicated , paytm needs to overhaul the whole ui system and change the colour , go something different.

@Paytmcare Despite paying for SMS service, I still don't receive any SMS for transactions on PPB. And please don't tell me to contact customer care chat - those are just incompetent bots. Can you please fix this for me?

The fact that @Paytm is trying to reduce losses is evident with the company not crediting cashback to wallet as promised and customer care not responding. Previously, too they did on reaching customer care. Pathetic service @Paytmcare. @amazonpay far better now.
