  @Paytm How much more time will it take to resolve my issue? It has been almost a month now, and every time I raise it on X, your team replies that you are “working on it.” I want to understand how long a customer is expected to wait for a basic issue to be resolved.

  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!

  Even after verification is completed it is showing failed to verify number. I am using BHIM from its initial releases but now I am facing pathetic experience. Where as i didn’t find any issues with @PhonePe @Paytm @GooglePayIndia

  How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????

  @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.

  Dear @Paytm, please stop spamming me with bike insurance notifications. I'm not interested, but I still get them every day. This is a terrible user experience. Please fix it.
