surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Dear @Vauld_ , Fix your INR Deposit methods. Bring back UPI transfer at the earliest. Atleast support IMPS, NEFT and RTGS transfer methods. Using MobiKwik wallet is a pain. If you really want to integrate a wallet, please integrate @Paytm . Waiting for the big update.

@Paytmcare Paytm app is extremely tricky for finding solution to unlisted queries & to get customer service contact no./email id for queries not mentioned in the application. After lot of googling, i still couldn't get any resource to contact cs team for unlisted query/issue of the app.
