surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I have already told the customer care but no response for more than 24 hours.the merchant has already processed the refund but it is still not showing in my account.customer care of merchant told me to contact the bank. Already DM' you with refund refrence no.

@Paytmcare @JioMart_Support @vijayshekhar Why r u guys running Wednesday offer on jiomart 4 Rs 75 cashback against a minimum order of 750 if you don't have any intention of providing the benefit to customer. Ordered on 24th Nov & supports says you are not eligible 4 offer.
