    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Same BOT type answer by @Paytm no proper representative assistance from these guys to know the status of loan, if any third party is providing loan from your application then you guys are liable to solve the queries poor customer service

    Worst thing is they don't have a human customer care support for @Paytmcare @Paytm . And their 24*7 automated support is a gimmick and it sucks. Gotta stop using paytm
