surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm is a scam. I opened a paytm bank account 2 years before. Now, when I am trying to transfer money out of my paytm account, it says you cannot transfer money because of bank guidelines. I am tired of reaching out to their support but no response.

@Paytmcare My linked bank account is working fine on other payment apps but on Paytm it says bank is down. It's been 2 weeks!! I even unlinked it & set it up again. Despite that the problem persists. Please resolve it or I'll delete my account with you & switch to another app.
