surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare @consumerforum_ How can you charge me late fee for using postpaid service without completing one month. used the money on 13 th of jan then how can use charge me with a late fee on 8 the feb. And a late fee of 500 rs on a transaction of rs 300, pathetic.

@irctc train booking done through @paytm via @UPI_NPCI Failed transaction stuck. Paytm help chat bot provide wrong IRCTC contact details. IRCTC care doesn’t care!!! Don’t know who can resolve my issue. Meanwhile my suggestion, don’t use this combination.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I propose that you should work with airlines for working on tech that enables payment via Paytm app mid air without tower/ internet. I know, no challenge is bigger than your will. I am sure you will work in this direction.

@Paytm I have availed postpaid . When payment was delayed there were messages and calls but after making payments no one is responding and best part no contact no of customer care for postpaid.
