    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @softbank @alibaba everyone paytm has no control on wallet money, any one can debit your account and paytm will say its at customer risk everyone beware of paytm. Your money can be syphon off within minutes

    @Paytm Don't imagine guys!! My money is stuck with paytm and they're least bothered to help. No wonder people migrated to different apps despite paytm being home grown app!! Ewww disgusting support. Would highly recommend everyone think twice before using paytm.

    @IndiGo6E There is no alternatives. I have checked everything. My concern here is that why I am not getting a full refund? Why I am only getting ₹3165 because I paid ₹3444 to @Paytm. @Paytmcare Show some integrity and help!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am really disappointed by your service as you have still not refunded the amount of my 2 airline tickets booked during COVID last year and refunded by both the airlines to you 6 months ago. What bottomline can you inflate by looting customers of their money.
