surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare But when will i get my refund? Airlines clearly have written me to ask your agent to connect fir refund. Why you're not coordinating with airlines and get refund back immediately? Where is the problem and where is the delay?

@Paytm Some morons just took this video/experiment in a whole different way. I have always thought, problem with Indians is that they don't accept facts, and it's one of the main reasons we r not developed.
