surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm shame on Paytm app. Money deducted 2 times for train bookings saying it will redirect to Irctc site.. never redirected to the irctc site and haven't got ticket confirmation..Paytm still not refunded my 2 times deducted money yet.customer service for Paytm is not responding

@contliving @Paytm @PhonePe_ I think that's because it's working via BBPS. It's fetching your bill and not letting you modify the amount. Will be difficult to change on the back end.
