surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

I'm very disappointed with #PaytmMoney their #paytmcare service is useless. A support ticket is open more than a week but they are just saying to just wait till resolve it. I'm just waiting when they will reply over my concern. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare A fraud customer after buying items raised a chargeback complaint with his Indian Bank. Which subsequently forward to Paytm Bank. Without verifying facts paytm just blocked my Merchant QR code and account. Many tickets raised. Recent Ticket No. 5023552380

Orey @Paytmcare kukka. I've tried to pay my postpaid bill yesterday but it failed due to server issues. Now you guys charged me with the late fee of 885 Rs. Are you f'king serious? One day late fee is 9% of the total bill? F'king leeches.
