surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@paytmbankcare We are already initiated the refund. In our side the amount is debited. @Razorpay processed the amount to @Paytm. Amount is with you. Till now nobody contacted us from your side after choosing Malayalam language for easy conversation. This is the way to handle your customer?
