surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare I tried to pay 2 electricity bills on the 18th august and on both occasion money got deducted from the account but transactions were not completed from your end. It's been 5 days but still the deducted amount have not been credited into the account. Need help.
