surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Two days ago my paytm postpaid have swept away 6k at 3.40 AM. I contacted paytm customer service regarding fraud transactions and after 2 days they replyed saying i have done transactions from my end if you haven't done them then please complain at cyber cell @paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I am unable to login to the platform from my mobile app. It tried sending OTP and SMS and due to network issue none of those were completed on time. Now it is throwing error saying number of login attempts exceeded. Please reset this ASAP.
