surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I paid 2100 to merchant but his wallet is not showing it. Moreover this issue is not mentioned anywhere in any section of Paytm app. How can you be so stupid. This is the most common problem that can happen. Refund my money asap. Anil Jha 9971675557

@Paytm @Paytmcare i have voucher for recharge. But from last 3 to 4 month there is no "apply promocode section". And there is no faq, no customer care call number for that. Why paytm user interface getting worse. And help and support system is very very very bad. Any help?

(2/3) which was same amount Airline(GoAir) charged&refunded to Paytm.Remaining amount charged from Paytm end i.e. Rs528, I haven't received from them and getting an auto generated mail every time I am approaching for this issue. Guys pl avoid using @Paytm app to book tickets.

@Paytm did not receive bus info from bus operator. Number provided in the invoice” doesnt exist” alternative nos provided by the customer care executive also doesnt work. Waited in the pickup spot for an hour. Raised refund. No response from paytm cares.@Paytmcare @PaytmTravel
