surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@akaushik759 @ankitkr0 @Paytm IMO, it's intensionally kept slow. Time span, receptor, distance, disturbance must have taken into consideration. 1-2 seconds delay is better than missing the instruction and checking the app for confirmation.
