surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

My data pack was over, so the network speed dropped to a bare minimum (around 50 KB/s). Surprisingly, only Paytm managed to complete the payment on such a slow connection. Huge respect @Paytm! 🙌
