surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare The issue still remains the same. I have tried in different pcs and browsers but the bug isn't removed yet. I think there is a glitch in my account, not the browser. I request you to provide me a remedy as soon as possible or else I have to suspend the account.

@Paytmcare. I had booked 2 flight ticket ( booking id:- 9685414697) in 2019. Due to Covid my flight got cancelled. For getting my booking amount, I have been calling to customer care since 3 month, again and again, and also messaging on paytm. But they are not returning my money.

@Paytmcare regarding order 13830457002. Delivery is extening day by day. It supposed to deliver on 11 June but not it's showing 21 June. So cancel it and refund my amount. I don't want this much delay. Please do consider and help.
