surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I haven't seen such a slow customer care team ever. It has been over 10 days and you guys have been sitting on my money for god knows what reason. I think raising a complaint with the consumer court is the only option. Your claims of 24x7 customer support is a joke!
