  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  @Paytm Why is my mobile no bearing blocked from accessing paytm.I have not done any transaction suspicious.I have been using Paytm for many days and if this happens to me it is quite frustrating.Solve the issue quickly and I have messaged to paytm cares but no reply. @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I am unable to login to my Paytm account from the last 10 days. Getting “Access Denied” error every time. Tried reinstalling app, clearing data, and even formatting my phone, but issue is still not resolved. I have my flight in a few days, Please help urgently.

  It has been 3 days and @Paytmcare still hasn’t resolved the blocked account issue despite taking all details in DM and saying the matter is under review.I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance,and there has been no reply,or upfate from the support team. Extremely disappointing
