    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Renew my car insurance more than 50 hours. Money deducted but still status showing pending..no any response from Paytm team.. whenever i tried to create ticket showing technical error..not happy from Paytm insurance broker...is this the way to serve?? @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare so basically @groww_cs is putting all responsibility on @Paytm that they didn't responded about the payment. Customer is encircled in the loop and faces absolute trouble

    .@Paytmcare it's been three days of tussling with your AI slop bots on app and DM. No email or phone to reach out to for anything just a loop of useless automated garbage. Can't expect anything more from a company whose founder is using an AI generated PFP @vijayshekhar

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I love paytm In fact my first upi payment is done from paytm I had paytm payments bank, which i loved it Though i had SBI account i used paytm payments bank. As a regular customer I had a small issue Can you make interface (UI) more simpler like PayPal
