surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@airindiain and @Paytm i have booked flight throug paytm but flight go cancelled and still i have got no refund . Airlines is telling to talk with paytm and paytm is telling to talk with airlines. Kindly resolve and help me out that what i have to do.
