surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @RBI I have a mini KYC with Paytm and it got expired a month ago causing me serious problems as my money got stuck in it. And at present they are not offering full KYC. Kindly look into its seriousness as I am a student.

Such a worst service from @Paytm as they always keep customer care number non reachable, and had kept huge bots from solving problems, which these bots cannot solve, never expected such service from @Paytmcare #stopusingpaytm #worstservicebypaytm

@Paytm It's utter disappointment how you are managing to sell India Vs Australia 3rd T20 tickets. The same error pops up always when we try to book tickets.We are unable to book even though the tickets are available. Don't take up when you can't manage.
