surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I did a 20000 transaction and money got deducted but was not received in recipient's account. Paytm sent me an SMS that the amount has been credited back into my account but I still haven't received any money. IF I talk to customer care they are saying the same thing.

@Paytmcare paytm is worst payment app i ever seen, I paid 700rs to a Marchant and payment failed but paytm deducted money from my account, when I ask for refund they said they resolve my problem within 4 hr. But 15 hr passed but no solution yet, worst service @Paytmcare

@paytmbankcare @Paytm I am not receiving any kind of sms or OTPs from Paytm and this is causing issues, I am facing the same issue from more than 6 months, the SMSes of other operators are working fine on the same mobile number and phone.

@Paytmcare what kind of customer care u are folks are running, it’s pathetic. Facing problems in my UPI acc & post paid KYC since a week & they are not resolved yet even after repeated CC calls & in-app troubleshooting. Treating ur customers like this will escalating ur IPO fall.
