surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare pathetic service from paytm. Kyc is not completed even after 20 days of video kyc call and multiple complaints. Customer care system is also pathetic.

@Paytm @Paytmcare My mother is min KYC and added Rs 4000 to her paytm wallet. Her KYC was completed on 27Nov at your specified merchant. Still showing that KYC is not complete. Please credit the Rs 4000 back to funding a/c if you don't allow her full service @RBI
