surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Worst customer support i have ever seen is from paytm.I raised a ticket to paytm postpaid on 27/12/2021 and they told to get back to me by 30/12/2021 but still no reply from them. Message them again and again but still no reply Ticketid22056433690 @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare i raised a complain with I'd: 3142426963 till now did not get any resolution even when I'm trying to call either I'm kept on hold I waited almost 30 min Or it's getting disconnected I need my money back!!! Worst service ever all my friends got their refunds I'm stuck.

One of the Worst customer services and resolution at paytm. All banking services struggle. And there is no one to provide resolution. I have send money from paytm wallet to bank account but it stuck and then call customer care they we cant do anything @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
