  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  Extremely disappointed with @Paytm and Paytm Payments Bank customer support. My Paytm Payments Bank account (ending 3400) has been deactivated, and I urgently require a cancelled cheque or account confirmation letter to update my bank details for mutual fund investments.

  @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Onboarded on 29.5.2026 as Paytm Merchant. Till now not able to collect payment due to settlement issue not resolved. Also your ground sales team onboarded me with wrong number and now not picking call to change mobile number. Pathetic Service.

  @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have a loan with Paytm (Aditya Birla) and already paid the settlement amount. Now I am being harassed with repeated demands and visits to my native home claiming settlement is broken. Please check and resolve this issue urgently.

  Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

  @gibesandswings @Paytmcare Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.
