surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare And here is Paytm, Even though more than 24 hours have passed, but there is no solution or reaching person from Paytm's end, for an issue which is already mentioned in first message, I think this is the reason why people are moving Paytm to another platform

i pay credit card payment on 2 april on 5 april message receive from Paytm your payment has been failed we initiated refund if cc place late payment fees Paytm will cover charges and refund amount yet can't credited in my bank. please resolve my problem ASAP. @Paytm @Paytmcare
