  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I am not able to use my wallet and even not able to do kyc.if paytm has done some fraud and he has been asked to stop kyc by RBI? It has been almost 3 week and there is no way I can talk with callcenter person to resolve issue.very stupid wallet app.

  @Paytm pls arrange a call immediately to me to report a fraud/ unauthorized transaction not done by me. I m nt able 2 reach ur customer care (IVRS is routing only) at dis bloody emergency moment. V disgusting.I need 2 talk to a HUMAN executive not bot. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
