surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare it's fake and wrong commitment by Paytm team Paytm postpaid charges will be waved off if i pay complete amount i did and it's not and it's been freez please check It was much false commitments i would raise issue with RBI on false with call recording
