surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Fedup with your poor services and vicious circle of cheating the customer on every transaction and you have let no option for the trapped customers to move out from paytm. If company has any procedure to close down the paytm postpaid which a fraud do share it here.
