    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney you people are irresponsible of your work I raised a complaint on 28th of March that merchant did not give the services. A call from your customer care with a direct no. We can't help you. Merchant will say contact bank you'll say contact them???????

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Mr Sharma: please explain the 20 digit code generated against the pre paid apartment menter voucher. What so great about huge customer unfriendly number. Please ask each paytm employee 60+ years elder person relative to feed the same in meter.

    @Paytmcare Paytm is one of the worest app. His customer support was very poor. He just freeze users account. My account was blocked from 18april. They can't help. They freeze all my fund. #uninstallpaytm

    @Paytm @PaytmMoney Something is wrong with PaytmMoney. It skipped my SIPs this month and one of my transactions done on 24 March is still "In progress". The customer service team is not helpful at all.
