surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Just had a bhel puri on the streets of BLR. Saw that @Paytm has monetised a core problem that street vendors had, ie, verification of upi payments. There is now a small soundbox to tell the vendor the amount received post payment as a confirmation. Contd👇🏻

Thanks a lot @Paytmcare and I can say that u resolve my refund issue alone without my involvement after complaint in DM. @flipkartsupport hopefully you will do same for your users as Paytm resolve it on a single DM. Lastly I got refund from Flipkart with the help of @Paytmcare
