    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare It's been more dn 1 month of this twitte and 2 months back @airvistara has refunded the amount to @Paytm but still the end user (me) not received the full refund amount. What type of customer handling process if following by you ppl. Could you tell, how much I have to wait?

    @paytmmallcare Thank you @Paytm @Paytmcare For the refund.. appreciate the customer oriented approach.. however, please blacklist those suppliers and vendors who supply wrong/low quality goods via your platform and in other way defame you. Appreciate again.
