surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@paytm u just blocked my Paytm bank account in the festival season and I can't understand what's the reason as customer executive give kyc update reason but my kyc is up-to-date...and my account has only 10000 rs in it...I am very sad abt it

@Paytm most bad fastag for car. At morning I had try to cross palsit toll but fastag not working but I have 390/- RS balance in paytm wallet. After I went paytm counter to Mr Suraj Mondal said to me updated kyc and replace the fastag card.But still I after 3hours it's not working
