surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

They give loans and they change rules because it’s their T&C @Paytm @HeroFinCorpLtd if a person who is able to read and write trying to pay but can’t able to payback a PL by there nonsense customer support they how about others.

I done a small txn on Paytm today my money got deducted but recipient couldn't get money. I sent money recipient again. And I've to wait 3 to 5 working days only for 20rs. What a services. I mean I'm very disappointed with this. @Paytmcare @Paytm

To the @Paytm team… It is impossible to connect with your team. Your helpline does not have the issue listed on the toll free number. And there is no way to get in touch with a human supervisor. How do I get help from your team?
