surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Reg my Paytm bank. I have uploaded my pan card several times. But even though the account is not upgraded. But currently u have freezed by bank account. Due to which I am unable to transfer money to my Paytm I have been trying to reach the customer care-no response.

@Paytm Dear team @Paytm Please include an option to talk to a human customer care executive instead of a useless chatbot. I am not able to apply for paytm hdfc credit card and there is no option to reach support as well, I have been waiting for 6 months for the same.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Don't cheat people by adding money scam of 2% cashback on adding money via credit card. How many has added money after reading "2% cashback on adding money on credit card"? Also customer service is as useless as it gets.
