surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Tried booking a voot (viacom) subscription on 21st Sept through my Paytm UPI id,Rs.299 got deducted but payment processing failed due to some error.Have been following up but the issue has not been resolved yet. This is really disappointing @Paytm
