    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm What is this @Paytmcare @Paytm I'm not getting time out card of ₹50 paid from my Paytm wallet yesterday. Now today I have already done 3 payments of ₹50 but still haven't received cards for 2 payments. How bad your response has been towards the customer ??

    @Paytmcare I contact u for error in Paytm code for Mamaearth site. U tell me 2 try after 48 hrs. After 48 hrs poof code vanishes from ur app. Wow! Didn’t know u make April fool throughout the month. Thanks 4 wasting my time. Never again am I going to trust u or care for ur offers

    @Paytm Nice to see the ad 'Paytm karo' but in case of refund, paytm is too much slow. Indigo Airline had refund my money against ticket cancellation on 18.12.2020 but Paytm has not released money till date. Paytm may kindly note booking id 10475114142 (PNR No. VN41VQ) as reference.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have not received refund for flight cancelled during last year lockdown . already raised a query from paytm app so many time but no response, Paytm is a fraud company. @consaff please help. Booking id - 10507177759 PNR - Z1WSSE

    @Paytm It's not userfriendly now started to cheat the customer never use recharge bill payment service payment deduct but not rcharge then paytm ignore our complain and show wrong data

    @SAWANGUPTA3 @Paytm Agreed.But very poor customer service! I saw a very big compliance issue in their wallet process. if your existing number some how you lost or got assigned to some other customer by telecom companies.they can access ur Paytm wallet before you close your acct.this happened to me

    @Paytm This paymnt didnt shw up in my local mechanic Paytm account even though I got a success confirmation. He was asking me for cash again, slow payments are atleast better than this paytm. Rs 1400.00 debited from a/c ** on 16-04-21 to VPA paytm-31742741@paytm(UPI Ref No 110643553142)
