surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@LGarrepelly @Paytmcare There is no customer care support available in paytm, from morning no one is taking calls,, plus when I call on paytm bank noida, than there security guard take the call and told me that there is no staff available, all on work from home. So we attend calls @Paytm
