surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @Paytm Once your money is lost because of the Paytm server issue. Paytm won't take any action #PaytmFraud. 25 days gone no action on the ticket raised. There is no way to talk customer care Ticket: 3127727154

@paytm @PMOIndia @TheOfficialSBI ultimately i got my money back now after speaking to the merchantbwho was kind enough to return.. Beware of this upi brokers banks who will be of no help once you lost your money due to their error.. No customer support nothing
