    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare .In last some months many transactions are failed in Paytm and many transactions are in pending. today do a transaction about 100 rupees which is failed but the money is deducted from my bank account.I sent a email to Paytm customer care but I did not recieve any help.

    And, @vijayshekhar , it’s really disheartening and disappointing to see a person like you fail because of an unprofessional team. In today’s times, when we all have a number of options to choose from, why should I again choose @Paytm , especially with this kind of service?

    @Ravisutanjani @Paytm PayTM cashback offers are, firstly, lame. Secondly, most of them are useless, because if you go to the original site of that said offer... you have coupon codes/site discounts, giving the EXACT same price. Why even spend points for something that is free.

    I request to RBI please check there is concern department for customer where customer visit for problem Beacuse paytm does not have customer care reprenstative team And i am trying since 2weeks But each every time said that wait fir 2or3 working days @Paytmcare @RBI
