    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare why have you added the option "transfer to bank" from paytm wallet when you won't even add a functional button to that feature let alone anyone transfer a penny. . Also your customer service is pretty pathetic. Kindly look into the matter if you can

    Raised tickets several times and also tried calling the support executive just as many times, yet no luck. The response every single time being "our technical team will get in touch with you in 3-4 days" and no one reached out to me yet. Sorry, @Paytm! 👎👎👎

    As a first reaction, checked the app and found that my tickets were but there wasn't any seats allotted because when app had crashed, I didn't had selected any seats. Then I reported the issue to @Paytmcare on twitter DM and then cancelled my tickets. To get back the amount (2/n)

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am unable to pay rent through paytm app for that i am trying to connect to customer care from last 3-4 days but i was unable to do that. This is the reason paytm fall because paytm doesn’t care about thier customer please resolve my issue

    @vijayshekhar You are running such fraud company even after customer paid his amount and got NOC still you guys are sending message to pay.... Such fraud... I need my resolution today else i will file case.@Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @rm1ndia Waited an hour to receive your call! Didn't got any. Don't you respect your customers... Worst service. Not getting replys without tweets. Not receiving call for payment last dates. Just check your schedule and tell me did you scheduled my call to next month or something?
