surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

A big NO to @Paytm I have no intention to give any star but as a formality giving one. My account has been blocked on 23April 2022 after raising tickets.There is nobody resolving my problem.Its very very pathetic service and employe.I'm going to take legal action against paytm.

@Paytmcare @Paytm We recharge in fast type, but it gets recharged in violet, this should not happen directly in fasttrack, otherwise we have a problem, once money goes to violet, then again fastag has to be recharged from wallet

@Paytm what **** service are you providing, not allowing me to spend the money I added to my Paytm wallet nor letting me send it back to my bank. What kind of theft is this, your share price trends reflect the kind of belief people have in you. Do I need to move to consumer court
