surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Hello @Paytmcare , last week I did my video KYC & the person who conducted the KYC process told me that u will get a letter from Paytm & ur KYC will get completed after scanning the QR code given in that letter. But even after 7 - 8 days, I am still to get my letter. Kindly help.
