surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Horrible service to contact customer service its a nightmare trying to reac from past 2 weeks not a reply ? What kind of company is this , Grievance has becomes secondary when ur not able to reach customer service care itself

@Paytmcare it is just a gimmick when it comes to scratch card which is nothing but advertisement for products I think it is a scam because none of the offers are useful to the customers who are using this service of Paytm I don't know why at all they should continue with service
