surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @Paytm You deduct amount saying it is processing fee, service charge, gst without giving any prior info of that. The customer comes to know that only after loan disbursal. And the agreement which you are talking about in the DM that comes after loan disbursal.

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare Your video call for upgrade/verification is such a farce. For hours no one comes & the time starts all over again & again . This is when all details were done 6 months ago. How on earth @vijayshekhar you can become Bajaj Finance with such bad service...
