surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare i had booked 2 tickets for 2nd aug, 2020, the flight had got cancelled. Air India assured a refund, contacted paytm innumerable times still dint receive refund, almost a year. Pathetic service
