surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I approached you for help. You did nothing. SLV Traders was dodging me to refund the money which I wrongly paid. Filed an FIR. You need to give all payment details made to SLV Traders. Electronic evidences cannot be erased. Hope good sense will prevail n I get refund

@Paytmcare even after providing all the screenshots and explaining the whole issue. There has been no acknowledgement that they have checked those or no reply for the update. Just a copy paste message that we will get back to you within the promised date.
