surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare Whenever I call the executive, manager or POS support getting the same response refund will be processed in 15days. I don't know which calendar you guys are using where 15 days are equal to 4 months. I need my money back

@Paytmcare very unreliable service, payment sent via @Paytmcare nit reached the bank and no customer care numbers available no place to complaint. BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO USE PAYTM TO SEND MONEY.
