surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Amount of Rs. 660.00 debited from my PAYTM wallet today at 11.28 am. HOWEVER merchant not received money. I am very disappointed. My bookings can not be done due to such negligency by PAYTM. No refund is initiated still this moment. Take immediate action to solve issue.

@Paytmcare And after that we can remove your LIEN of rupees 20000 within 5 Bank Working days. So sir it's my humble request to please close my issue and withdraw my charge back complaint as my issue is totally resolved and I already received my 20000 rupees in my Federal Bank
