    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm I hate to say but paytm has worst customer care service. My paytm account has been blocked for 3 month but they are not activating it. I have proved all the possible documents. But they just don't care. I have funds in paytm account stuck for 3 months.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank My paytm postpaid account has been closed. I did not make any late payment. Still my account is blocked. I am talking to customer care from last 6 months but till now no action is taken. I am frustrated. Please be kind to me and solve my problem.

    I m facing issues regarding Paytm postpaid, 14jan23 i took 4k and due date was 1feb23, yesterday paid that amount & i didn't pay any extra fees. Yesterday i took 6k and after some time i should pay that amount.why u deducted Rs- 330.4 from my limits @Paytmcare @Paytm

    Time had come to say bye to @Paytm 1. Started charging recharge fees in the name of platform fee 2. Pulled out all the benefits that were for Paytmfirstmember . 3. Even though now they stopped giving cashback points. @Paytmcare I was ur regular customer from 2013 & done +++

    @Paytmcare Still no update on the raised concern. @vijayshekhar your customer support team could not even deliver on a simple & small issue of wrong cashback. Please hire better support team who can provide timely solution. Disappointed.

    @sr_safiur @Paytmcare @Paytm Paytm is a fraud company their customer service number call me and scam my 15000 from my Paytm saving account i complain about bit with all the proof till now they said the same working on it will take 4 days
