Joel Joel (@Joel005003) reported@Paytmcare Hi Paytm Care, Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing all details via DM, my refund (Booking ID: 26895052700) initiated on 16 April is still not processed after 13+ days. Your own policy states 5–7 working days, which has clearly been violated.
