Kartikey Mehta (@kartikey_design) reported@Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

I am getting charged interest due to Paytm issue. My ticket no is 200012083310. I am frustrated that you are playing around with a customer money.
