  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  Worst service in India by @PaytmBusiness Complaint Date- 28 March, 2026 Ticket No.- 500008198418 The complaint is not solved till now and the whole customer service are making excuses daily. More than 1 month passed. Worst Service in pos payment. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness

  I booked a flight ticket on paytm with confirmation but today I received a mail from indigo that my ticket is cancelled and when I contacted indigo they told, ticket has been cancelled from agency end i.e, paytm. How this company harassing customer mentally.@Paytm @DGCAIndia

  @vijayshekhar Hi @Paytm , @PaytmBank I had made a Fixed deposit with Paytm Payments bank and after the RBI directives I am unable to see my FD in the account. Tried to reach out to customer care but I couldn't get help. Also have raised a complaint through email. Kindly help on the same.
