surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @Paytm Very very bad customer service. Nobody is responding to my queries sent via messages and mails. They are giving the stereotype reply without going in details. There call centers have only auto answering and can not be contacted to explain my difficulties. HELP.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @BajateyRaho Never make payments through paytm app as if you get order cancelled, paytm will forcibly keep the amount in their own wallet instead of transferring it to your original payment method. Also, their customer care is illiterate who ignored your message
