surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

No way I am booking an @Olacabs henceforth. Not putting my money on a brand that does not respect customers. Only a matter of time before they see the dust like @Paytm did because of such anti-customer approach. Sickening.
