    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare today i want send transfer the money from my @AxisBank to bank of India account but transaction failed also amount deducted from my account .also I contact to your customer care but no response. So please resolve the issue and refund the amount.

    @LaxmanKhirwar19 @Paytm @Paytmcare there service suck .. always your connect time less than 1 minute in start then start incresing to 1 year. i think they have 1 employee who answer all the thing... ha ha ha.

    @Paytm -0 star for your service. -00000 star for your customer care service. always taking 2 working days to solve. after 2 working days again need 2 working days to solve.. few years later .......continue need 2 working days to solve
