surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Its been more then 4 months since my refund for flight cancellation is pending and whenever I call I get the response from customer care stating it will be done As Soon as Possible but no one cares and calls back . This is the Booking Id :12722579551. Need resolution ASAP
