surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare ticket no.22080501443 gets closed even before solving. Order id 18553663089 Upi ref.219295425105 Did not get refund even after 60 hr. On paytm nobody takes complaint seriously, they just ignore complaint. Did not solved problem.
