    Firstly @Paytm has miss sold the product. In the name of gift card u guys sold me promo code. There is no proper response for that issue. Now u guys conveniently changed the validity period? Is this the right way of doing business? Also u have a pathetic customer support.(2/n)

    @Paytmcare the flight ticket is cancelled on medical emergency and you took all the deducted amount and didn't even refunded back what a pathetic support

    @Paytm Worst service ever , I have booked a flight ticket via Paytm, after 6 hours my booking gets confirmed showing on Paytm but , when I confirmed it with Airlines it gets cancelled and money also gone ! Time to knock doors of Consumer court
