@Paytmcare @Paytm I had lodged complaint- ticket no.22051683614, but it was closed resolution. My problem is that in my paytm account, Sonyliv subscription is linked for automatic payment and subscriptions. I am unable to cancel it as it says" User mobile number is Not present"

@Paytmcare I have an issue with my transaction. My paytm postpaid transaction has been failed. But the amount is deducted and I haven’t received refund even after 48hrs. Transaction id is 15120211110085157984. Please do the needful.

I really wish @paytm had better support. With the large numbers, it would've been so good to have humans helping the needy. The App is good, the services are quick and sensible, why not invest in some customer care executives @vijayshekhar ji..

@CRED_club I am still waiting for single update on refund. My bank settled transaction as well in credit card statement. Better to pay directly from bank account and I will avoid using cred for rent payment. @Paytmcare is fast never faced any transaction issues. No support
