@Paytmcare You couldn't find a resolution since 4 days?? Awfully slow on your part, it's not as if it's a complicated issue. Today marks the 9th day that the cashback points have not been credited which were supposed to be credited within 24 hours.

@Paytm @Paytmcare If you are not accepting any new customer on boarding requests for KYC, how does one use the amount in Paytm wallet for the meanwhile ? If Paytm wallet is dysfunctional, why encourage refilling it in the first place ?
