@Paytmcare I'm trying to raise a complaint and I'm literally frustrated by the lack of customer care executives. I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still there was no one to respond and I'm done raising ticket because that's just frustrating because it's NOT LISTING ANY OF MY COMPLAINTS.

Then also they keep saying to send screenshot. What kind of help is this if my money is struck for 20 days and still no resolution
