    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytmcare Kindly check dm sent required details 2 days ago. Its been a week I reported the issue in app & more than 2 days for tweet. Either there will be irrelevant response or no response. Sept-19-25 is the original buy date wd 1 year validity but u r saying June-19-25 6 mnths validity🫡

Same-day multiple payouts are causing SBI to flag my savings account, risking a freeze! Bank change is also on hold. Please fix this ASAP! #Paytm #PaytmBusiness #BankingIssue

    @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another
