I have used Paytm postpaid balance which I refunded fully before the due date and when I opened it today ,it is showing some Rs555 as outstanding payment.When I tried to contact customer support ,only AI support I could find.please provide solution@Paytm @Paytmcare

Hello @Paytmcare . I'm Arnob Roy.From today I can't pay any LIC premium by debit or credit cards. Only UPI and Net Banking option is showing. Is Payment through cards permanently disabled? If you elaborate this, it'll help me.
