  @Paytmcare what is your customer care no. It seems after ordering on Paytm there is no way to contact Paytm in case of issue. I received a defective product, I created a return request and since then there is no update from Paytm. My order- 12219863025

  If you ever face an issue on a merchant denying payment, be assured that @paytm will not help resolve the issue, they will just put all the responsibility on you to deal with merchant.

  Update I completed kyc just now by visiting nearby paytm partner. My kyc is completed by i received a message that your payment bank account opening request is rejected.. please solve the issue. @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

  @sardanarohit @Paytm @vijayshekhar There are many issues when we go and pay by cards they Charge extra from customers more over many retail shops discourage online payment there should be forum where customers can give there grievances or make payment 100℅ online only bank should stop accepting deposit in cash

  @Paytm what is your customer care number. it seems customer cannot follow up on their grievances I have ordered a product from Paytm mall. The product is defective and not working. i created the return request on the same day.. since then I am not receiving any update from Paytm
