    Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

    @Paytmcare Are you joking ? My concern not resolved. I am still unable to create an account on Paytm, I am facing same issue. Error - SIGN-UP LIMIT BREACHED PLEASE TRY AFTER 30 DAYS. MY LIMIT BREACHED ON 22 MARCH 2025 AT 7 P.M. SOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP . DONT LIE @Paytmcare

    Hi @Paytmcare / @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare I’m facing an issue with the mobile app. The Fixed Deposit balance is not loading, and while entering the passcode, it sometimes shows “Something went wrong.” Could you please look into this matter ASAP?

    Hi @Paytmcare regarding flight cancellations done from the booking agency, you should reply fast. I have messaged you so many messages yet, you don't reply it's been more than one day. Kindly reply faster. And please reply. This is very bad customer service.

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses. I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Yash Chauhan
