    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @PaytmCare @Paytm Extremely disappointed! Airline has already refunded my ticket amount to Paytm, but my money is still not credited. No response, no working customer care numbers. This delay is unacceptable. Resolve immediately or I will escalate further. #Paytm #Complaint

    @Paytm Hi @Paytm, I made a payment for LinkedIn Premium—amount deducted, but it’s not reflecting on LinkedIn. I’ve contacted support multiple times. I even received a call, but due to poor network, the issue couldn’t be discussed properly. Please look into this on priority. Thanks.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @TheOfficialSBI Mains aaj raat 12 bje ek recharge kiya tha paytm se mera recharge failed ho gya but payment deducted ho gya... When i try to raise a ticket and call paytm help support he can't help me anymore and even not a complain is raised..#worstapp

    I’m frustrated with Paytm Merchant services. My payment amount is still not settled, and there is ZERO response from customer support. This is completely unacceptable for a business platform. @Paytm @Paytmcare please look into this urgently and resolve my issue. #Paytm #PaytmMer

    I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago.After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen.I have already contacted customer care multiple times. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm hi , i booked a flight ticket last night and it still shows pending and i cant cancel or modify. This is absolutely frustrating. Either solve this or allow me to cancel the ticket. Account is with phn number 7042486478. There is no help from the Help section on the app

    @PAYTM @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness This issue is still unresolved. I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions. I need an immediate refund & clear resolution, not automated replies. Please resolve within 48 hours, or I will escalate this matter further. Kindly treat this as urgent.
