@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare u have a such worst customer care..30mins of call for the issue raised on 21st Jan tkt#3143847492...customer care executive has no idea when it will be resolved. Issue is that freezed Paytm SA can take money but you cannot take it out. Freezed w/o any reason.
