    @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

    @Paytmcare R u saying that I shld click on the link in the sms. How do I know that the link will lead me to some unauthorized website. Whats - Paytm as in ‘hyphen’ used before paytm. Best to provide report option front n Centre on app itself. It simply isn’t there! Why?

    @Paytmcare There seems to be some issue with your support. Yiur Tickets are getting resolved without any resolution... not sure if it's a bug or your team incentives are that good. Whichever it is, someone is loosing their hard earned money and they aren't happy about it.
