@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

@Paytm @vijayshekhar why Paytm doesn't have very basic feature of generating receipt of insurance premium through Paytm. Customer care is of no use you can't ask question just select the pre selected ques and IVR is even non existing. Next time Will not use Paytm for this

@Paytm have issue with order id 17304072946. But this no customer care support. Its a big amount transaction which is not credited to recipient account. Can you arrange a call back and sort this issue quickly?
