@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

@Paytmcare Thank you for pathetic 24x7 customer care! Payment is automatically deducting money from my postpaid even after selecting option to use postpaid only if wallet balance is low. This is forcing customers to use postpaid without their consent!

Paytm app has no way to write your grievance except for their pre defined issues. @Paytm charged extra amount for recharge and did not mention it while deducting. @Paytmcare
