    @Paytmcare the most worst support that one can get. A simple fastag issue cannot be resolved by them. What is the use of such service.

    Money got debited from my account payment got failed it's almost 4 days no refund received ref id : 200905432122 no customer service is responding this is very bad behaviour towards customers @Paytmcare

    Again the same. Despite chatting over the private messaging, The toll dispute charge is again charged. Why do you have to give fake promises? @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I suggest you stop showing that you care for your customers. Very pathetic support from you guys.

    @Paytmcare Paytm bank is doing nothing that’s why I am posting my matter here. @Paytmcare This is not resolved. I am already trying through Paytm Bank channels but KYC is still not happening—Video KYC fails repeatedly and offline agent is also unable to process due to their own KYC issue.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have one of the worst in-app help system. There is no way to reach out to you on call for support. I have been one of the earliest users or Paytm & have stick to this app for UPI & all of my needs but did not expect poor support, kindly reach out to me asap

    @Paytmcare Yes the rerouting was arranged by AirAsia team, after I contacted them for help. Because you guys are stuck with AI. Since the route has been changed now? What is the policy or process for the additional flight that I have to take now to Kolkata from Guwahati.
