@Paytmcare horrible service.. 7978609806 KYC already updated still unable to use wallet. Called Customer care more than 10 times. Useless customer service. Nearest KYC center is 80km from my home. @Paytm I think you want to loose customers. Worst service. Very much disappointed.

Situation of bus stands is beyond pathetic in many cities & it's been like that for months & years. Superficial solutios like the app & website options for tickets is not an achievement in 2022 @Paytm @redBus_in @makemytrip can do the same job much better
