@Paytm it is weird u won't accept e-Pan card as document for KYC. Either the govt is stupid to issue e-Pan (it is accepted by all physical banks) or you feel ur rules are above the govt guidelines. Either way, you just lost a 5 yr customer on re-KYC. @GooglePayIndia interested?
