    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Please check and remove bug from customer service portal. I am not able to register my complain due to this. Also bug is when i open any ticket it auto closed by itself giving no other options that what is fixed by your team. Irritating. Fix it pls

    @Paytm it is weird u won't accept e-Pan card as document for KYC. Either the govt is stupid to issue e-Pan (it is accepted by all physical banks) or you feel ur rules are above the govt guidelines. Either way, you just lost a 5 yr customer on re-KYC. @GooglePayIndia interested?

    @Paytmcare Are you guys kidding me, today when I called agent name Karishma told me ma'am you should have called us yesterday. I asked her why so she said we would have issue 70% refund, I told her but your agent Vaibhav told me no we they cannot do anything.
