I have @Paytm postpaid service in which i got limit of ₹14K/- but u guys send a bill of above ₹18K/- Many times I have complain this to @Paytmcare but no responce at your end. Even u penalty me ₹800. Now will u take any action or i have to go consumer forum regarding this.

@Paytmcare Since last month multiple times have submitted complaints and am doing follow-up with PayTM customer care and collecting executives to provide official email id and customer care number but not getting that. Submitted complaint on Twitter but not getting resulation.
