    @Paytm @PaytmMall I have requested for return pickup for my two orders and the pickup guys are not collecting the order for return.. and they are marking on app that address is not reachable. What a pathetic service. Never expected from such a brand.

    @Paytmcare your service for KYC is really bad, you guys are fooling people by saying do your KYC through video call. And I have been waiting for one agent to get connected. Finally, I took another option near by KYC point. Over there they charged me 100rs for doing KYC

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I cannot access my Paytm account as it shows some unusual/ suspicious activity has been recorded. I have a raised a complaint ID ; 3125628064 and but still no resolution has been given so far. Nor I can contact customer care through the registered number.
