The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

@Paytmcare Hi team, I bought a Paytm card machine on Nov 23 and I was told that I won't be charged with an monthly rental or anything else. After 10 days, they have charged software license charges & Sim charge which I was not aware about. Also I have issues with DC charges.

@Paytmcare I had sent you all details BUT you casually replied that I should talk to BigBasket. BigBasket has squarely blamed you PayTM, for the payment authentication failure. Better directly talk with BB & resolve the problem

@Paytm @Paytmcare My father has transferred Rs 10000 from paytm via UPI on November 8 2020. amount was not credited to the receiver bank account. I trusted Paytm will resolve this issue immediately. I provided all the required information asked in help and raised a ticket (1)
