The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

@_appy25 @Paytm I too have bad experience with Paytm. They locked my wallet account with money in it and are not helping, KYC not possible. They keep repeating "send DM" but never tell how to send DM. Customer service not accessible, useless!!
