The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar It is very sorry affair that there is no customer care number for Paytm Postpaid issue. Above that there is no resolution of complaint messaged on Paytm chat box after registering complaint before 3 days. Very bad experience of Paytm Postpaid.

@Paytm don't use paytm apk it's now totally & there customer service is worsted he do only time pass on call still waiting 40-50 min they don't attend ur call don't use paytm anyone customer care fully fraud
