The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

@Paytm Hi, someone transferred money thru UPI via Paytm and amount showing as Success in my paytm but amount not credited in my Bank A/c. Raised request in around 3:30 pm and message on 24x7 help received as issue will be resolved within 4 hrs but till now issue unresolved.

@airindiain @Paytm I still have no clarity on my flight rescheduling status. NO SMS or email stating that the flight 675 is cancelled. NO ONE is responding properly to my calls, Its impossible to reach Air India and paytm says i need to reschedule my flight with Air India.

@Paytmcare @paytm you have worst customer service. Poor than a far flung Pirate African country bank.. I have tried 3-4 times to extarct money from old account. Eveytime i fullfill requirements you guys ask for more... #pathetic
