  @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm customer support has been disappointing. My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

  @Paytmcare Is it your service? Worst mistake that for booking a air ticket I used Paytm. For just one GST invoice, how may times I have to raise a help ticket...@PaytmCheckin @vijayshekhar

  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, Akasa Air cancelled 1 passenger's ticket (Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT) from my booking & issued a refund. But Paytm app still shows 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664. Please check and process my refund quickly! @AkasaAir
