The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

@Paytmcare Hello, I couldn’t able to get bill for Paytm Postpaid. There is no where to raise a concern. Customer care number is also not available for the Postpaid. Need urgent help. Or else I will close Postpaid account.

My paytm soundbox is not on for the last 12 days, even after complaining many times, no hearing is being done, every time it is asked to wait for 24 to 72 hours, 125 rupees are deducted for the month. The worst service is paytm. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

Such a very disgusting and worst service of paytm postpaid . It changes more then 3% from the both reciver and sender. I want close this but they didn't give me proper solution and customer service is very poor @Paytmcare @Paytm @paytmpost
