    @Paytm icing on the cake no provision of raising such issue on support centre, automated BOTS are hopeless and does not cater to customer real issue, no voice contacts etc, hopeless, disgusting

    @Paytmcare Dear team, I’ve already raised my complaint on 1st march whose response I’m still awaiting I’ve provided you the ticket no. Because I am not getting any resolution on your 24x7 customer support app If I would have received reply there then why would I’ve tweeted my concern
