  The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

  @PaytmCare @Paytm Extremely disappointed! Airline has already refunded my ticket amount to Paytm, but my money is still not credited. No response, no working customer care numbers. This delay is unacceptable. Resolve immediately or I will escalate further. #Paytm #Complaint

  @PAYTM @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness This issue is still unresolved. I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions. I need an immediate refund & clear resolution, not automated replies. Please resolve within 48 hours, or I will escalate this matter further. Kindly treat this as urgent.

  @Paytm @PaytmBusiness POS issue is now resolved and new machine is working. However, ₹3008 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar (+91 8770862325) under false pretext is still unresolved. Requesting refund and strict action against the agent. Ticket: 500007902909
