The product is not yet received and the customer care is not responding anymore, It showing that the expected delivery date is Feb 9 In @Paytm application. I cannot wait that much time. After I informed customer care about this and asked them to cancel the order

Dear @vijayshekhar. How does one withdraw money from a wallet locked because the SIM card is not available and the number cannot be retrieved. @Paytmcare unable to support this despite 3 weeks of interaction on personal messages. Is there a SOP for this?

@Paytmcare The worst IVR amongst the available sources...if we need to talk an agent to get the resolution on call we can't as we dont hv the options.. my merchant a/c is deactivated and no response nor there is option to connect on call support as well....worst service #Paytm
