@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

Everyone should take personal loan from @Paytm and don't pay emi because paytm don't have customer support as well as payment settlement option. There payment partners @HeroFinCorpLtd also not provide you any support. If you want to close your loan.

@Paytmcare I have been calling to Bank to Paytm Customer Care and Hero Fin Corp regarding personal loan amount issue but no solution yet. There is no dedicated customer care support for it. Paytm loan Chat support is also not helping. I'm completely helpless. Can someone look?
