@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

Twitter help took 7 DAYS to help me with an issue. After waiting for 7 days , today I saw my problem is resolved and that my account is unblocked but the due amount is STILL showing on my postpaid. @paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare yesterday i got an offer of cashback of 1000 for paying merchant ,but after i paid to a merchant i got 1000 cashback in pending ,and today after 22 hours ,the pending status was gone but i didn't get any cashback yet ,please help
