@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare I resolved it myself. Your Twitter customer service is on long vacation since it has been 5 days and no reply. And your call centre is next level. That person gave me incorrect info with such confidence "it is as per policy" man so incompetent ppl!! Good luck with this crap :)
