  @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

  Hello @Paytmcare @Paytm I had paid through Paytm on 4th (December) and today (7th December). The amount was Rs 40 and Rs 50 respectively. But on both the occasion my money got deducted but didn't settled in the payee account.3 working days have passed by yet to receive an update.

  @Paytmcare Wallet freezed due to your server problem and not able to use service. Explained whole problem in DM. I wish your share price go down as you took 2 days to reply customers query and take more 2 days to reply to that reply. Same thing shoud happen in share. @PaytmBank

  The payment tat is 48hours for complete, but it still showing initiate, @Paytmcare @PaytmBank not help as much needed, they just waiting time, They even not want to discuss actual issue with me, please everyone aware the people dont take any service or loan from @paytm

  @Paytmcare @Paytm i payment is stuck for 2 days still landlord have not received the amount. And help support from them at all. There is no instant settlement. Evrytime this happens. It is not rarely. 24x7 help line is of no use. They never connect you to representative.

  @Paytm your help and support chat is useless. There should be a way to directly connect with customer service representative. The chatbot is not smart enough to do additional queries. I made a recharge and it's still showing in process. I have paid additional Rs 5 nt 4 this mess
