@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

It seems like the @Paytmcare twitter handle too doesn't have the support team. It's been 20hours since my query to @Paytm and still no response. @vijayshekhar Sir what is your response on this. Till now I loved paytm, but this keeps me frustrated.

@PaytmCybercell @timesofindia @Paytmcare yes such frauds are also made by your Paytm postpaid service. I have paid the amount, but they also show a late fee due and added plenty after paying the amount. please check your services if my problem is not solved I will take legal action.

@vijayshekhar @safiranand @Paytm The claim of Paytm being transparent sound hollow as everyday number of people using Paytm facing financial fraud. Paytm helpless in solving issue.....forget solving fraud happened to Paytm users they charge late fees!!!!!!
