@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I have purchased one coupon of @VanHeusenInd from @Paytm worth 500. But when i went to store to apply that coupon , they said its invalid. I had called paytm customer care number of times … put up the message at their 24*7 helpline number. But no solution. Order no. 16935912938

@Paytmcare Paytm customer support is the wrost support in this world. Their is no option for contacting a customer care executive. All quaries will be resolved through IVR and that can never help me. Trying since last one hour for contacting. Issue not resolved
