@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

Paytm service is the worst in the world. It is useless to expect any help from them. It has been 20 days since the request for PAN card update was submitted. It's better to uninstall here than to waste time. #badservices #paytm @Paytm @Paytmcare
