    @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

    Hey @paytm one of my artisans had transferred money from one account to another but it failed. However money got deducted. He is unable to speak to customer care as he speaks only in Bengali and no one is helping. Can you please guide ?
