  @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

  @karaikude @Paytm I use generally Bhim after paytm issues last year. Have all options available though. Gpay, Amazon pay, phonepe etc. Use rare those. Today evening wanted to order something online where paytm has discounts that’s how got to know it’s down.

  Hi @Paytmcare, I'm facing Error [61009] – "Malicious application detected" on Paytm v10.83.5. All other UPI and banking apps work perfectly on the same device. This issue is only with Paytm, so I'm uninstalling it. Please investigate and fix this.

  My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
