    @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

    Bus was non AC and not in good condition. So didn't boarded the bus. Connected with @Paytmcare on help and support as well as on Twitter. Result: @Paytm issued 0 refund as bus is departed. How could I know the bus condition before bus is departed.

    @mssr930 @Paytm They have done this with a lot of other people too, you can do a google search about it. Pls don't wait, initiate a legal action against them immediately, @getmyrefundin can help you with this. I am sure they can help you get your money back from these cheaters

    I’ve sent all my id proof and whatever requested by you. It’s been 6 days since my account is blocked. Absolutely pathetic service. I have to pay rent or I will get evicted. And my paytm account is blocked . Atleast show that this company is not just bots @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    I have applied for a business loan from Paytm Business app on 20th February around 11 a.m to 11.30 am . After submitting my loan application an executive told me that my loan amount will be disbursed within 24 hours, Since then no updates and no support from customer care @Paytm
