@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I booked movie ticket on paytm under cancellation policy, when I tried to cancel my ticket and I was unable to do it. Your support executive didn't resolved my issue yet and I don't know how much time it will take. He said I am processing your request and hanged. @Paytmcare
