@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I m going to quit using @Paytm. As it always troubles its customers by their worst @Paytmcare services. The senior service agent named- Diksha, I talk to her about my concern she didn't listen an even cuts the call without resolving that. I even have the call recording as proof.
