@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

On one hand india is going digital and on the other side @Paytm @Paytmcare cannot solve one small problem. What they do is just adding on mails. I guess they’ve come up with some new game of mails @PaytmFirstGames 😡😡

Why does @Paytm allow unscrupulous merchants to avail payment services It is Paytm's responsibility to refund merchants go incommunicado That's a protection credit cards offer If Paytm refuses to refund when service not rendered, it's better to avoid and stay away from Paytm

@vijayshekhar @Paytm we have been struggling to get Buisness account registered. The required documents are rejected without assigning any reasons. Customer care does not respond properly can you kindly whom shoud we approach.
