@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare I had a transaction of 2000 which was not received by the receiver. Trying to find option to explain this to paytm customer care, but it seems paytm does not take any call or resolve any queries. I am going to complain to consumer court if not get the money back

Hey @Paytm can you tell me what to do when your 24x7 customer care never care to respond and when called, every time they raise a ticket and say our executive will respond within 4 hours.....and don't respond even in 4 days. #Paytm

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I haven't received any revert from your side. I have also attached the screenshot from where I was talked regarding my loan. This is irresponsible behaviour which you are doing. My only advice with you please resolve my issue.
