@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare I have accumulated the digital gold when the gold price was around Rs.4900/g. As per today gold price is increased to Rs.5000/g. But in my paytm account the returns shows in negative. I have raised the issue multiple time. No response. Kindly provide the valid reason.

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

Service of @Paytm is getting very poor. Requested for return of toy on 31st May after not getting charger with the toy. Order id. 13662697520 is still pending since Jan. And my money is also not credited . Request you to take fast action and reverse my fund @Paytmcare .
