    @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

    It's been 3 days My amount has stuck in transaction as it is debited from my account but receiver didn't receive.amount was considerable for me n I shared proof with @Paytm bt didn't receive reply n couldn't contact customer care plz look at this @vijayshekhar Ticket Id3117197400

    @Paytm i had done rent payment Amount debited successfully but not credited to landlord. Only creating problems to customer

    @PaytmTravelCare It's being 3 week @Paytm @Paytmcare . You had just given fake assurance like ur customer care. I do understand that around 18000 rupees is a very small amount for u. But for a normal indian like me it's a huge sum. Do I hv to remind u daily??

    To login on paytm we have password and OTP both options so what is the means of login with automatic msg send everytime. Pls i am requesting to you change this rule. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    even I followed their advice but google denied this and said we can’t do this and your google play account had not been recharged only. I also checked my google play account but it showed 0 balance. So even I shared screenshot with @Paytm support team but no solution.

    @Paytm there is a bug causing issues.... you are allowing transfer of money from sender wallet to a receiver wallet whose KYC is pending and account is blocked. But the transaction is success and receiver cannot use that wallet.

    @Paytmcare I have made a payment on @Flipkart on 7 October but my order was not confirmed by Flipkart saying they didn't receive the money . Paytm is saying the transaction is successful but Flipkart is saying it's not Till now I haven't received my money back. Need help ASAP
