@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare despite of kyc being done couple of times still my wallet on credit freeze. My kyc limit is done upto 100,000. Not sure why promos mentions no need of kyc. No response from customer care as all the time they incur huge call volume.
