  @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

  @Paytmcare 24 hours not sufficient to check a simple use case i.e., to give cashback or not? The coupon shouldn't have been applied successfully in the first place it the cashback terms are not applicable. This is not customer's headache to wait for your resolution #paytm #scam #fraud

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.

  @flyspicejet @Paytmcare @Paytm please update on this booking reference: 27438149596 and PNR: XCBMVC Refund has not been settled from Paytm side. SpiceJet has initiated the refund. Please check and update the ETA when I will get my flight refund. As it is past 10 working days.

  @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.
