@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I"m facing a problem in application so I called to your customer care and she suggested to click a screenshot of problem and send to a link which will she provide as she said but as we know we can"t take screenshot in paytm. so train your agents properly @Paytmcare
