    @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

    I downloaded @Paytm app on someone's phone and denied sms access still it auto fetched the otp when all the permissions were OFF. this is very concerning, Uninstalled Immediately after that. @vijayshekhar

    Dear @allianceair the customer service team is just trained to repeat only one thing you have booked through @Paytm @Paytmcare contact them for cancellation and refund while they are slow as a snail to even respond who am I supposed to reach out to for my issue it’s a nightmare

    Wanna deactive my paytm soundbox, agent give me that forcefully for saying it's compulsory. Your second agent comes & say I will raise a ticket for deactivate soundbox but he also fools me And customer care is trash . No support @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm

    Booked a bus through @Paytm but the operator cancelled the bus. I received only the ticket fare refund while ₹50 convenience fee was deducted despite no service being provided. Please clarify how this is fair. @Paytmcare

    @TheOfficialSBI A UPI payment was mistakenly transferred to the wrong account, and the receiver is refusing to return the money. Kindly help trace the transaction and provide urgent support. The transaction status is successful and a complaint has already been raised @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I never redeemed or used this gift card. Saying 'brand confirmed redemption' without sharing any proof is not a valid resolution. Please provide redemption details, transaction reference & proper investigation instead of generic replies. Escalate this issue. @Paytmcare @MyNykaa
