    Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

    @MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I think cashback and offer should highlighted and it should be clearly visible so that people when they go to do recharge and pay bill they should instantly look to offer what they get so these tab should like big and fix at proper place where thumb touch the button very fast.

    What a useless company @Paytm is. Their @Paytmcare customer support is worst. Will take all the details and won’t respond till 36 hours. Bhai company band kardo agar chala nahi sakte to.
