    Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

    @MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

    @Paytmcare @RBI there is no contact number facility for customers to contact or talk about queries regarding personal loan. Who is responsible for double payment deduction and still you charged us late panelty.kindly provide customer care number which is only for personal loan.
