Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@Paytm i face problem and trying to contact customer care from yesterday evening .but sad to say i never ever face such bad experience with any customer care. call recieved almost 20 min waiting after almost 100 attempts and not in a position to solve prob. Same prob within app
