Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Hi, @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare My case no is 5023341881. I raised the request on the 4th of May. I just want to delete my business account but you guys didn't respond. I simply want to talk to the concerned person & it really takes you 48 hrs. (check your Dm). Solve the Issue asap

Useless and worst service ever seen. From few days my Paytm wallet is not working and showing need to update KYC. I updated it on 15th May 2022 and got a ticket no 3178682464, since than it is no resolved and showing will be resolved in 2-3 days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
