Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@Paytm very bad experience with paytm. My 2 transaction not reach at merchant. Many time complaint but no any response from customer support. Ticket id 3147825878 and 3147912391. Don't use paytm bank.

@Paytmcare hello unable to contact customer care on app.. my metro recharge is successful as per paytm but the balance is not updated to the card.. no way to contact..very worst experience.. all tickets raised are closed automatically

@Paytm What ******** are doing paytm. i have preclose the paytm loan and after the preclose payment they charged EMI bounce charges. And there is no option to connect customer support.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your service is worst and very bad. I am using my account many years. My fasTag js also link with my number 9813561033. I login my account my number with OTP. I created new account. Where is my fasTag and my balance. I contacted ur customer service.
