Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@paytmgold Can you'll take legal action against these people with fake ID posing as paytm customer service on twitter. They are literally quoting every tweet where @paytm @Paytmcare is tagged. These people I'm sure are not only defrauding people but spamming them as well. Thanks

Paytm postpaid account giving wrong information to CIBIL . @RBI please look into @paytm #paytmpostpaid as they don’t even have a customer support nor they close the account after applying
