Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare Trying to get in touch with customer care since many days but I'm not able to. Also, 24*7 support seems to be ridiculous, showing same thing again and again. My payment got debited twice from Paytm wallet, but the merchant has received only once. This happened on 8 Oct

I was promised that the commission rates wont change till my plan ends but yet it has changed. and now your customer service doesn't has a clue. worst service from @Paytm. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use your machines. liars!

@Paytm you are literally testing my patience here. I recently made a purchase on @UTDBofficial to book tickets from Delhi 2 Dehradun. The mode of payment was thru Paytm as no other option was available. After approving the payment on paytm, it got failed on merchant site & (1/3)

@Paytmcare I wanted to change my Paytm wallet name as I think my number was used before as well. I couldn't find any option to that. So I decided to reset my account by deleting it. But it is taking so long...! Can you please look into it..? Help me delete my account ASAP
