@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@Paytm I will remove all the crap products from the paytm mall. I will include all genuine /original sellers only (all third party seller must be removed). I would promote cards offers and promocodes to Attract Customer.

@Paytm @Paytmcare paytm postpaid customer service is worst my bank server was down I was unable to pay the postpaid amount then charge 100 fine and started calling 10 times a day for 100 rupees. If bank server is down how can a person use his upi to pay, they even not listen you

@Paytmcare I have Paid amount of Rs. 4621.9 wide Paytm reference I'd 112556670335 on 5th may 2021 for Paytm postpaid due payment. On paytm help desk it's also showing successful. Amount has been deducted from my sbi account as well Even after that my paytm postpaid account has been blocked
