  @MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

  Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

  @abccare Hi Your @Paytm postpaid partner send email and notifications to avail postpaid service. But they have no customer service. Even after tweet no connect with care. No emails/SMS before due date, direct penalty email. Seizing to use postpaid.

  @Paytmcare This post is with reference to my previous experience. When such issue happens, you will raise your hands saying its bank responsibility and you are just service provider. Anyhow forget it. My main point is how this can be resolved or avoided.

  @vijayshekhar @Paytm My Paytm wallet credit freeze. I want to change this but Paytm didn't want. I request Paytm many times but Paytm didn't accept my request & also didn't give any answer. Paytm is not interested to solve costumers problems.

  @Paytmcare Done a credit card payment via paytm. But not yet reflected on my cre.crd stmnt. Contacted customer care also... No positive response.
