Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

@MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

@Paytmcare I want to delete my paytm postpaid account (Registered with mob no. 8418898228). But I did not get any option in the app to close my paytm postpaid account.. Please resolve this issue. It's charges are so high.

Due to technical issue I was unbaled to login to the Paytm app, so was unbaled to pay postpaid dues and when I logged in there was already a late fee applied. I raised ticked immediately on 7th Sep,2022 but issue not resolved. Ticket Id: 3215897942 and 22028273132 @Paytmcare

Dissatisfied with @Paytmcare @Paytm services. Had to pay double toll as I had paytm fast-tag and wallet froze. Lost 30/- and time contacting customer care and it was unanswered even after that. Very poor service.

@Paytm Wrongly charged the late fee of postpaid bill as I was unable to login to the app within bill payment last date. I raised two tickets for the same but issue not resolved. Ticked id: 3215897942 & 22088273132 Please refund my extra Rs.885 which is wrongly charged. @Paytmcare

daybefour yesterday the delivery agent came me delivery of debit card and he entered 3 times wrong otp and he sed that today he will submit in office & tomorrow morning its will get to you he sed My paytm debit card was cancelled i got a mms @Paytmcare kindle solve the issue
