    @MeghaVishwanath @Paytm @vijayshekhar 1. It’s a collection of web apps. 2. Apps can be used only within Paytm. No download. 3. Apps share login credentials from Paytm 4. It’s available in iOS version of Paytm too, not just Android. Because they are web apps and not OS specific.

    Chat based customer supports are just not working! @redBus_in , @Paytm , @Uber_India I genuinely like your offering but this makes me want services I don't mind paying a premium for.

    Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.
