    @Paytmcare Dear Sir, This is Siva Prakash R from Coimbatore. Refund of Rs 71.9 is still under process, not yet credited to my UPI Linked Bank Account. Already it is about five days over. Kindly check the issue and do the needful at the earliest. Refer DM for more information.

    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

    @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare
