Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I can understand that errors like this can happen sometimes but this kind of ignorant support is just not acceptable. Claiming 24x7 support is just misleading if just a single reply from your side takes another day on the paytm app
