Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I want to repay the due amount of paytm postpaid for the month of Aug’21. I am not getting any option on the application to repay the same. I tried to contact paytm customer care,still got no solution. I even tried to resolve the issue through paytm 24*7 support.

@Airtel and @Paytm You both keep referring to each other for refunds and give your customers a run around, your support team is only willing to help when they seem to find a new customer, however when the same customer is in trouble, you just don’t give a damn!

@Paytm customer support is very pathetic. I request a call back to explain why my account is blocked but still i have not received any call back. My account is blocked since 30th aug but till date account not unblocked yet. I have provided all the doc. @RBIsays @RBI

@Paytmcare dear I hv left Paytm in 2017 as my adhar is linked with some another user without my consent. I sent you numerous mails calls , results in vain. Today I tried to login & update my KYC it's still not working. What should I do? Using Bhim, Google pay perfectly Aligarh.
