Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@designsarpanch @Paytm One serious security issue : unlike many other sensitive apps, Paytm security shield doesn't relock the Paytm app after a timeout or even if we close the screen. Unless we back press to exist, it never relocks itself.
