Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare How many times will your bot reply the same thing? I already had word with my bank customer support they said there is no fault from our side you should talk to your service provider ( Paytm).. It's not your responsibility if any customer losses money due to your bad service?
