Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@PaytmTravelCare this is what they call 24/7 customer services which doesnt even respond in days. Just to get away from the problem that the customer will leave by itself shame on you @Paytmcare @Paytm. Really disgusted from this customer torturing services
