Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

I have connected your customer support helpline many times. Generated more than 10 tickets for closing EDC machine in the last 6 months. Instead of closing my request your teams close the tickets online by showing that they have solved my issue. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
