    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    @vijayshekhar sir you built such an amazing company! But there's one issue - Pathetic customer service. They have simply stopped responding to my messages for more than 24 hrs. Please get @Paytm @PaytmBank ticket ID 3105179869 to a speedy resolution.
