Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare Money not received by merchant he showed all the proofs and tried connecting with merchant support they didn't give the resolution so far it's already 68 days from the date of transaction,only way to resolve this issue is call us personally we will provide details

@Paytmcare I refer my friend.& he instal and register. Add bank in account. And did first transaction. Still i did not get referal money. When I was talking to customer care. They are making me fool. Whereas I got msg from Paytm. Your Frnd join by your referral link.
