    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare My 500 rs. are frozen in your Paytm wallet because you wouldn't provide me full KYC. When I follow the procedure for full KYC, its says 'An error has occured'. What error! Where is my money?! Will you provide a refund??

    I am also using Paytm's application till date I have never faced such problem with Paytm. bharat pe service on India is very *****. please not come to the shop and give your barcode and swipe machine. I made a big mistake by taking your machine. @bharatpeindia @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i did a payment to my friend and on his no. Paytm active was showing butshe was not showing paytm on that no. As kyc not done .. but still money went to her wallet and showing but if she is using that money by any way it not happening .. no customer care support
