Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I mistakenly remitted an amount to a different account which showed as success. When I called back to inform my mistake and request the reversal they refused saying they dont usr paytm. Can you help?

@PaytmTravelCare But the issue isn't resolved yet. I have agreed to the amount to be added to my @Paytm wallet on 20-7-21 itself. But amount is still not refunded.
