Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

Due to server issue with my bank i couldn't pay my @Paytm bill on time, and i am trying to contact @Paytmcare since past 3 days and still no response. They have trapped me in a loop, in which you've to call on helpline and it will redirect you to the chat bot, which isn't helping
