Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

I have used paytm upi for the payment of the form which reflected on the paytm app as paid whereas reflected unpaid on the website i did not get any refund of the same and tried to contact the bank who told me its on the paytm that the look into this @Paytm @TheOfficialSBI

i had booked 3 bus tickets yesterday and the journey was so exhausted like no proper communication with the operators and tad disappointing service with huge crowd in this covid situation where we can't sit in our own booking seats..I need refund for this whole @Paytm @Paytmcare
