Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare If service is priority than provide a postpaid disabel option in your app its still not available.. paytem imposing it to all customers when we make any payment its auto selecte postpaid for any payment..

@Paytm My paytm transaction is failed, but money was debited.. No refund till.. It has been 10 days till... Its my supplimentary exam fees "2000 rupees".... I didn't wrote supply exams now... I have to wait for next semester... Who is responsible for this issue...? Help me...
