Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.
