Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

Had a worst experience with @Paytmcare @SBICard_Connect Purchased a Paytm SBI credit card. Maxed out my limit on last day. On last day,without any prior intimation, they debited AMC from my card which breached my limit and now have to pay charges of 608. Please help me recover😔
