  Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

  @OfficeOfNG - sir, I want to bring to your notice about Paytm fastag service. Their KYC has been suspended by RBI and one cannot add money in wallet. Hence their fastag is useless. Further, one cannot close the Fastag because of this issue. Request you to help. @Paytm #useless

  @Paytmcare Really very unhappy with the customer experience and Paytm postpaid. I didn't get the bill/statement and charged with Rs 250 for late payment. pls refund that or close my account
