Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare What is with you all and your postpaid account? My due date was 8th and I paid on 8th which is today and yet I see a late fee for 590? What is this customer treatment? Honestly feel like switching to gpay or phonepay. So done with this issue repeatedly.

@Paytm Dear Sir/ My paytm account has been blocked with inconsistent transactions. Wt are inconsistent transactions with my account please let me know. if i did not pay monthly emi on the due date. Paytm has the right to block accounts. It is totally rubbish and unexpectable.
