Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm @Paytmcare What kind of fraud u are doing? I bought Paytm Assured lite for 77 rs frm u while Bus booking. Bus got broke down, I should receive 100 percent of booking amount n u shamelessly sending me 57 rs as refund? Are u seriously this level of shameless?

Never knew that Paytm has such a terrible customer service. I had booked flight through paytm. Got canceled by airline @flyspicejet airline company alread issue payment to @Paytm on 1st December, but look at their worst customer service, still waiting for refund @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare you guys are not understanding, this issue is long pending from past 2 months and I am just getting fooled by you guys and you are wasting my time, i have got the below message from Delhivery, you guys should have the AWB number because you have created the return
