Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

After a month, I haven't got the refund of the cancelled ticket booking now @Paytmcare is asking to reach out to the bank. Really pathetic service ,will surely shift to @PhonePe from now on.
