Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Verona22935838 @Paytmcare Thing is I got this account because I got a new number turns out this ‘new’ number already had a previous paytm account with a different person and kyc so obviously I can’t attach my pan to it and fully access the paytm features so I had to close my account so I just wanna close
