Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I’ve issues with postpaid bill my A/c got logged out when im paying my bill then it shows login next day and thats my due date I paid imdtly my bill only 2-3 hr late and paytm chrg me 295 fee on just 1654 amnt pls remove that fee from my A/c so I’ll continuous use pytm

It's ridiculous that @paytm has now started charging money for everything. Even if you are paying your Paytm Postpaid bill, you have to pay a convenience fee. I tried calling your customer care but they were not reachable. Kindly help me close my postpaid account @Paytmcare
