Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare A suggestion. A lot of people signed up as merchants when u initially started. That time agents opened the accounts. Now we face issues bcoz details are not correct. Please help merchants to easily change their details so that we can fill correct ones
