  Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

  @Paytm My wallet just blocked even though I was using it for the last 10 years .Now it's again asking for kyc .I did two times and my profile showing kyc verified.Even I went to kyc center and they asked for service money . Please help me on this matter

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I want to download 1 year paytm postpaid statement, no option in app. Tried calling your customer care but you people make your loyal customer fool by saying 24X7 customer care service. Very poor service. I need this urgently.

  Just realised why @Paytm is tanking in India. Just added amount to wallet and now I can't transfer it anywhere. Just pathetic, even can't reach out to @Paytmcare customer agent to resolve the issue / update the KYC. Video KYC not working in app 😑 @vijayshekhar
