Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I did a transaction on 23 Feb, which was failed and amount got deducted from my account, I chat on your customer support which is seriously very annoying and stupid , no one is there to talk over call and help, however they people by themselves closing my ticket by marking solved

@ShaktiAvasthy I had paid a small upi amount through Paytm to a site which later on I found was fraud as I didn't receive any product.there was no way to contact the.even @paytm and @paytmcare failed to respond to my request to track that fraud seller so i may lodge a complaint.paytm sucks
