    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    Hi @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm, Please give me a resolution it has been more than 3 days after raising the issue in X and more than 8 days from raising a complaint over email. If I don't receive the resolution I will lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you think you can extort customers with free air ticket cancellation policy and then ghost them with no number to contact you when their refund is delayed? Your AI assistant is ****. I have no way to ensure refund. You guys need to be shut.

    @Paytmcare your site has crashed and some of the portions are unable to open. What is this nonsense going on. Have you crashed indefinitely and r you going out of business. My invested money is not being accessed to on your site. R u finished or in the process. Iam anxious

    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days blocking my account and there is no customer support and whenever I ask we will update shortly like tell you ...but problem not solved ..now how much time you want to resolve this issue.Already 8 day finished

    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days since I complaint and there is no action taken for my complaint and there is no response from your side and there is no improvement from your side and poor customer support and immediately want UPI lite balance refund and other wise I take action to paytm

    @Razorpay Hi razorpay I am following up with your team for last 2 weeks. But no response everytime they ask me to wait for 3 or 4 days. Is this the service we can expect in future. My app launch is also getting delayed. 19182348 my ticket ID. @Paytmcare do you provide payment gw
