  @Paytm ka customer suprt literally worst experience hai Helpline number pe call karo to baar baar app par redirect kar dete hainaur app me bhi timely response nahi milta. Agar basic customer support handle nahi kar sakte to aisi companies ko customers ka trust deserve hi nahi hai

  @Paytmcare 2. Now, customer support says the “bot gave incorrect information” and that the transaction was actually successful from their technical team’s end. 3. Their explanation? “The bot is just a bot, not the technical team.” @Paytm @Paytmcare

  Paytm fools their customer by cancelling their flight ticket by self to earn commission but don't think about mental harrasment of customer with involvement of airline company. I will lodge complaint in consumer court for mental harrasment. @Paytmcare @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI

  @Paytmcare Terrible services still getting continued from @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin . Its already been 2 days since i got a reply on my twitter dm. So it works like replying on to the tweet within minutes and then ignoring the dm for straight 2 days. Great paytm 👍

  Dear @Paytmcare, trying to get support for Postpaid loan closure has become impossible. You don’t have a proper customer care number, and the contact number listed on the web is not working. How are customers supposed to get assistance for foreclosure/NOC/closure issues?
