  @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

  @Paytmcare Both my wife and I cannot login to the app we are both getting the blank white screen after receiving OTP. I have; -cleared cache -cleared data -updated the app -uninstalled/reinstalled -restarted my phone -tried by data and wifi. What the hell is happening?

  @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment.
