    @Paytmcare have been using the wallet for years, with full KYC compliance (verified in person few years back). Suddenly the wallet is locked and asking for KYC again. What's the issue?

    @TheOfficialSBI @jagograhakjago One of my friend has transferred money to a wrong account through @Paytm UPI. But on visiting the SBI branch, bank officials said they can't help in this matter since the payment is initiated on an UPI Platform. Kindly Help.
