@Paytmcare Where to DM as on your app I have already exhausted with all options. Moreover all my mails are turn down citing that this facility is not available and directed either to call which responded that they couldn't answer regarding postpaid services or answer close ended questions.

@Paytmcare hi Team I recently tried to redeem my fixed deposit amount but amount is not transferred to my bank it got stocked, please as soon as possible resolve this issue by today only because I have to pay my EMI's amount if your not resolved issue penalty for late payment.
