@Paytmcare Absoulty non functional customer support you have it's been almost 2months now ,inspite calling so many time and raisling tickets , wanted a pos machine non of ur agents can talk English everyone talks in hindi...if u ask me put my money in your stock I don't the trust.. horrible

@Paytm I am writing regarding hyd metro ticket booking that I cancelled immediately before scanning the QR code. Although the status shows as cancelled and the 5-day refund window has passed, I have not yet received the amount. Please look into this issue.
