    Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

    @flyspicejet My Delhi–Mumbai flight TODAY has been pushed to tomorrow due to “operational reasons”. I have an important meeting tomorrow morning and NEED to reach Mumbai today Customer care isn't answering and your portal won't help. @Paytm says contact SpiceJet FIX THIS NOW!

    @Paytmcare I am unable to access PayTM for the past few days. I raised a complaint video ticket number 200012721774 on 24 August, yet the issue still persists. This is to escalate the issue.

    It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

    While accepting a UPI mandate to block funds for an IPO, how can an investor verify which application/bid it relates to? If this isn’t clearly visible, could this be a potential control gap? @PhonePe @Paytm @GooglePay

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare I’ve already provided all requested details via DM, but there’s still no resolution. These FY 2022-23 GST invoices are urgently required for my GST notice response. “We are working on it” is not enough anymore.

    @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.
