I try to close my @Paytm postpaid so many time but they not close it... They told me ur postpaid will within 14 days but they not... I try to contact but paytm service is worst to connect with care directly.... Robotic chart is wost option there

I am trying to close my Paytm Postpaid account for the last 3 months also tried to connect with Support Team they replied I can only get support via chat option in case of Postpaid. I tried that as well, I received only Bots replies there no executive joined me. @Paytm @Paytmcare
