    @flipkartsupport , @Paytmcare how to solve a problem when both of you deny wrongdoing/ technical glitch and blame the other. Money sent from paytm to flipkart. Flipkart denies receiving it, payment denies retaining it. My wife lost her money , who can help.

    @Paytm All dubious schemes. I ordered twice on Zomato using Paytm wallet and applied code assuring cashback, and received those worthless cashback points which are worth 1 paise each. And the lack of grievance redressal for this issue is just deplorable. Moving to other platforms!

    @Paytmcare I had already done this so many times in the Paytm application 24*7 fools customer service and also on your Twitter DMs but no positive response from both ends 😐 and again and again asking for the same which I already gave to both of the platforms.

    @paytmbankcare you guys have designed your system in such a way that when we make call to your customer care all we here is robot speaking and no option to talk to real human being or made the process so long that ultimately ones get annoyed. @Paytmcare @HDFCBank_Cares
