Never using @paytm for payments ever again. Shows offers on My Jio @JioCare app but when you go for payment it cannot retrieve your wallet balance. Garbage service never using again. Lost a customer in me. @Paytmcare

@jaissified @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
