Consumers should not be compelled to pursue legal proceedings for legitimate refunds already acknowledged by the airline.

Despite canceling my @allianceair ticket within 24 hours (7+ days before travel), I'm being charged 4035 as "Airline Fees." This is a direct violation of DGCA 24-hour zero-cancellation rules.
