My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest.   @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?
