    @Paytm @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Very laid back and pathetic 24*7 customer support of Paytm. Firstly it's an Autobot that chats with you and with the same old repeated verbiage. One basically doesn't know what's the status of the request. Very dissatisfied using its service.

    @Paytm are you only responsible to sponsor a cricket series only or having any idea to help out a customer? There is no any urgent cc line available so that anyone can connect. Is that good or would I have to left paytm.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I raised a complaint regarding one of the transaction a week ago. I was promised multiple times that the concerned person is looking at it personally and will get back to me with an update in the promised period. it just says 24x7 support. Nobody replies

    @Paytmcare I've been following up with you since May 22 on why I can't de-link my secondary bank account from my @Paytm UPI ID. And your team has been absolutely failing at fixing this error. Do I need to file a complaint for you to actually fix this? Or will you do what's right?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I contacted the customer care on call and they never give a resolution just raise a complaint ticket at which no one responds on time. What kind of customer support are u giving despite being such a big name.

    There is an error while pay loan through paytm since the loan we have taken through the paytm app has not debited the emi on time so we try to pay through the app but we are unable to do so please help for the same.#paytmcare #paytm

    Please delete my paytm postpaid account. I don't want to use it anymore due to it's convenience charge. Other many platforms they will not charge nothing for postpaid service. @Paytm @Paytmcare
