    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @SMFGIndia My complaint is already under review with SMFG and Paytm. However, today multiple auto-debits of INR 620 have been processed from my account while the loan adjustment and due calculation issues are still under investigation.

    @Paytmcare Called customer care many times but no resolution. Star Air confirmed the refund was sent to Paytm. ₹4,695 is still pending. Please resolve urgently. #RefundIssue

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare A upi refund from a merchant has not been credited to my upi linked bank account while it is showing as a credit in my balance and accounts section. Your help chatbot is not helpful at all. Pls resolve

    @SuryodayBank @Paytmcare Your wrist service in postpaid business lack of the things that happened to pay the bill after that amount was automatically deducted from the account these things happened twice such a pathetic and ridiculous thing happened every time

    @Paytm was my primary app to use all my UPI transactions, from today i wont be using this app due to such ridiculous support
