  My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar transferred money to upi lite last night,tried to make a payment last night and tgis morning thru upi lite get a message error getting balance. The upi lite icon shows as amount credited. Pl help remedy the situation. The bot in help and customer care doesnt care.
