    @vijayshekhar Today I realise my @PaytmBank has been banned by RBI . It is due to wrong policies of of bank and @Paytmcare can't gain the customer trust due to miss information

    Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

    @RockWithboAt 2/2 now you track and you complete the refund. I neither have any link to track the refund transaction nor any details to share with bank and @Paytm. I have paid you, I will take from you. As simple as that. Why should I run here and there because of your problems?

    @Paytmcare This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. If the refund is not credited immediately with a confirmed ARN/UTR, I will file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and the consumer court without further notice. Treat this as final escalation.
