    @Paytm I am trying to reach customer support from past one week. I am not able to view my wallet balance and not able to use the app. It was working good before. A ticket has been raised and they repeatedly ask the same thing again and again. Can you provide a customer care number pls?

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare My main Paytm account is now accessible, however Iโ€™m unable to access my Paytm for Business merchant account. It is showing โ€œCurrently you cannot register as a merchantโ€. Kindly check and help resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare It has been a week since my account has been blocked without any cause, and you suggested that it will be changed within 3-5 days yet my issue isn't resolved. You don't consider responding, you've been absolutely shameful with no sense of accountability at all.

    @Paytmcare @Deb7rudra They aren't going to do anything. Same thing happened to my account on May 17th and ever since I've been locked out of my Paytm account. No help whatsoever.
