    Firstly @Paytm has miss sold the product. In the name of gift card u guys sold me promo code. There is no proper response for that issue. Now u guys conveniently changed the validity period? Is this the right way of doing business? Also u have a pathetic customer support.(2/n)

    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare problem facing regarding the ticket id 500010248984 raised on 3rd July 2026 regarding the deactivation of sound box. You people cannot find service engineer in one the biggest twin city of Hyderabad to deactivate the device.
