@Paytmcare I made a payment on 3rd of March on a.merchant outlet, how ever the amount was debited and the merchant didn't received the payment and I have to make cash payment. Till today the amount is not reverse to my bank account. PLS HELP

@Paytm @Paytmcare should shutdown there worst customer service in India, your IVR services are pathetic and makes customer experience feel like hell, I have applied for Paytm postpaid, have a cibil score of more than 750. But since last 3-4 months no response from your end.
