On 11th July 2022, I paid my @bsesdelhi bypl bill using my @pnbindia debit card through @Paytmcare. The error message said payment failed - try again - amount refunded. I tried again with same outcome but amount deducted TWICE from my bank account is not yet refunded. SHOCKING.

@Paytmcare I've bought store value pass for Mumbai metro. It's taking huge time to generate pass every time I've to generate. Facing this problem from 2 days. Better grant me refund so i can buy new pass on other app.
