@Paytm has got to be the worst complaint processing center of all the fintechs. I complaint about an issue I had on their app on 8th Dec and then again to their twitter handle @Paytmcare on 23rd and yet they haven’t resolved it. How is this acceptable @vijayshekhar ?

@Paytmcare Order ID 16222997017 Query raised on 10th Nov 2022 After n number of to and fro stupid chat messages, @Paytmcare @Paytm says they have issued refund. No refund has been issued in reality. Support ticket has been marked as solved and closed. No details of refund is shared.
